Operations Management & Technology Consulting Operations Manager at V2 Strategic Advisors

Manage V2's internal operations end-to-end, owning business processes, vendor relationships, system implementations, and technology initiatives across strategy and execution.

Mid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About V2

V2 Strategic Advisors is where velocity meets voltage - a boutique management and technology consulting firm that has spent 20+ years transforming media and advertising sales organizations. We’re the firm that global and high-growth organizations call when they need more than a strategy deck - they need results.

Our edge? We offer a rare blend of management consulting, data, analytics, AI, and systems integration - all under one roof, powered by best-in-class platforms including Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, HubSpot, and leading AI platforms like Claude and Gemini. We understand the nuances of our clients’ most complex challenges and deliver solutions that move the needle.

We’re a lean, elite team of consultants, technical architects, and data experts who operate with the rigor of global management consulting and systems integration consultancies and the energy and agility of a startup. We approach every day with a sense of purpose to deliver with excellence, grow our capabilities, and find fulfillment in what we do. If that sounds like your kind of environment, keep reading.

The Opportunity

We’re scaling our internal operations to match our growing market footprint, and we need a sharp, hands-on Management & Technology Consulting Operations Manager to own it.

This isn’t a support role. You’ll be a proactive, hands-on partner to our VP of Operations and our IT Manager, driving V2’s internal operations end-to-end. That means owning core business processes and reporting, leading vendor and system renewals and product evaluations, supporting internal audits and annual policy updates, and driving key technology initiatives from penetration testing to agentic workflow development, all with a true consulting mindset. You’ll operate across strategy and execution, equally comfortable improving how the business runs day-to-day and configuring a system at a keyboard.

You’ll leverage your experience in management and/or technology consulting to help innovate and streamline V2’s consulting operations. If you thrive at the intersection of operations, technology, and security -  and you can drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight and sound judgment - let’s talk.

What You’ll Own

Business operations & process improvement. Own and continuously improve the internal processes that keep V2 running smoothly, from operational workflows and cross-team handoffs to reporting cadences and resourcing. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the business, propose fixes, and drive them to completion. Support budget tracking and operational reporting that gives leadership visibility into how the firm is running.

Program & project leadership. Own project plans, timelines, and status reporting for key Operations & IT initiatives, keeping the VP and IT Manager informed without needing to be asked. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and vendors, including penetration testing firms and platform vendors, to keep initiatives on schedule and on budget.

Security, risk & data governance. Manage the annual/ongoing penetration testing cycle: scoping, vendor coordination, and remediation tracking. Design and help implement a data retention policy across core systems, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Slack, balancing compliance, storage cost, and usability.

Systems & AI-enabled workflows. Build and iterate on agentic and AI-assisted workflows — using platforms like Claude and Gemini — to automate manual operations and IT tasks. Administer and optimize core platforms including Salesforce, Okta, 1Password, CrowdStrike, Asana, and Google Workspace, identifying and closing configuration or license-utilization gaps.

Strategic & advisory support. Bring an outside-in, consulting perspective to internal operations,  flagging inefficiencies, proposing options, and recommending best practices rather than waiting to be told what to build. Partner directly with the VP of Operations and the IT Manager as a thought partner on tooling, process, and technology roadmap decisions.

Vendor, systems & compliance lifecycle management. Own the renewal calendar for core software and vendor contracts, ensuring timely review, negotiation, and decision-making well ahead of renewal dates. Lead product evaluations for new tools and platforms, running structured assessments, requirements, vendor comparisons, cost-benefit analysis, and rollout recommendations, to ensure V2 invests in the right technology. Support internal system audits, coordinating with stakeholders to assess controls, close gaps, and document findings. Drive the annual refresh of IT policies, keeping V2’s governance, security, and usage policies current with the evolving tech and risk landscape.

Tactical operations & IT support. Provide day-to-day operational and IT support, access provisioning, ticket triage, and tool onboarding, to keep the team unblocked, without this becoming the majority of the role.

What You Bring

  • Consulting experience and orientation. You understand the nuances of operations in consulting organizations, including resource planning, timesheets & utilization, program budgeting & milestones oversight, project-management-related IT systems, consulting talent development strategies, and other areas. You bring structured thinking, options, and recommendations to the table, not just execution.

  • Operational rigor. You know how to design, document, and improve a process, and you have a track record of making a business run more smoothly, not just its tech stack.

  • Project management discipline. You’re comfortable running multiple initiatives in parallel, with clear prioritization, planning, and on-time delivery.

  • Technical versatility. You can go deep enough into a platform to configure or troubleshoot it directly, not just talk about it in a slide.

  • Security and governance fluency. Working knowledge of IT security and compliance fundamentals, penetration testing coordination, access management, and data retention/governance policy. You don’t need to be a security engineer, but you need to be conversant enough to manage vendors and translate findings into action.

  • Vendor and lifecycle management savvy. You can run a product evaluation from requirements to recommendations, proactively manage renewal timelines, and support audits and policy updates without letting anything slip through the cracks.

  • Sound judgment. You know when to escalate, when to decide, and when to flag risk, especially around security and data.

  • Clear communication. You translate technical detail into business language for leadership, and vice versa.

  • Comfort with ambiguity. You thrive in a lean team where priorities shift, and role boundaries are fluid.

  • Startup DNA. You’ve operated in a small, fast-moving team where the same person may set strategy and execute it — and you loved it.

  • Hands-on platform experience. Experience configuring, administering, or optimizing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Okta, 1Password, CrowdStrike, Google Workspace, Gemini, Claude, or Asana is strongly preferred.

  • AI-driven workflow experience. Experience supporting or building AI-driven / agentic workflows is a strong plus.

  • 3–6+ years of experience in management and/or technology consulting operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

Why V2?

Because you won’t find another firm doing exactly what we do, and you won’t find another role like this one. You’ll be close to the action, building something real, with people who care deeply about doing exceptional work. V2 was built on the idea that consulting could be done better. We’re still proving it every day.

If you’re ready to bring the voltage, we want to hear from you.

Operations Bilingual Lab and Referral Operations Coordinators (French/English) at Maple

Processes and routes lab and referral documentation for a virtual healthcare platform, ensuring timely delivery to clinicians while maintaining privacy and quality standards.

Junior Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Build better healthcare together

Maple’s purpose is to meet the world’s healthcare needs. We’re Canada’s leading on-demand healthcare platform, connecting patients with Canadian-licensed doctors, nurse practitioners and specialists. Today, we’re proud that over 8 million patients and 7,000 businesses and government partners have access to same-day, proactive and ongoing care. We enable people to take control of their health and push the boundaries of what’s possible every day.

Bold minds. Big impact. A career at Maple is about making an impact. We empower bold thinking, surround you with an inspiring team and are driven by a motivating purpose. Here, you’ll do work that changes lives—including your own.

The role

We’re looking for our next cohort of Bilingual Lab and Referral Operations Coordinators (French/English) to join our Care Delivery Operations team. This is a role where the details matter—where your precision, reliability and follow-through directly support the clinicians, patients and partners who depend on us every day.

In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day administrative workflows that keep lab and referral processes running smoothly—reviewing, processing and routing documentation, making sure nothing gets missed and everything meets our privacy and quality standards. Key to success will be your technical confidence, sharp organizational instincts, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively—all while managing multiple priorities without losing accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Please note this is a fully administrative role—medical or clinical experience isn’t required, though prior admin work in a healthcare setting is an asset. This isn’t a lab-based position; Maple is a virtual platform connecting patients with doctors and nurse practitioners.

Your responsibilities

As a Bilingual Lab and Referral Operations Coordinator (French/English), you will:

  • Take ownership of a high volume of incoming lab and referral documentation—faxes, voicemails and digital records—processing and managing each one in line with Maple’s privacy and security standards

  • Upload, route and track lab results and referral information so clinicians can review and follow up without delay

  • Respond to urgent lab communications and escalate critical results quickly—because getting it right the first time supports patient safety

  • Dig into missing, incomplete or unclear documentation and coordinate with labs, clinics and internal teams to get it resolved

  • Keep patient records accurate and ensure everything lines up between patient information and lab or referral data

  • Support public health reporting and compliance-related documentation as required

  • Work closely with Customer Support and Care Delivery teams to address lab- and referral-related questions from patients and providers

  • Hold the bar high—consistently meeting accuracy, quality and turnaround expectations to keep care delivery running at its best

What success looks like

In your first 90 days, you’ll get a strong handle on Maple’s lab and referral workflows, tools and privacy requirements—and you’ll start contributing right away. That means managing a real volume of administrative tasks independently, hitting your productivity benchmarks and building solid working relationships with your teammates and cross-functional partners.

Over the next 6 to 12 months, you’ll be a trusted, go-to contributor on the team—someone colleagues count on for accuracy, clear communication and consistent follow-through. You’ll consistently meet or exceed quality and productivity expectations, take ownership of more complex issues as they arise,  and your work will be a visible part of what makes Care Delivery Operations run well.

What you bring

  • Two or more years of experience in an administrative or operations role; a background as a Medical Office Assistant or Medical Receptionist, or experience in a healthcare or clinic environment, is an asset

  • Fluency in both French and English—written and verbal—so you can support patients and partners across Canada

  • A detail-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to accuracy, quality and process adherence

  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks and deadlines independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to collaborate across teams

  • Sharp problem-solving and critical thinking skills when navigating more complex or ambiguous issues

  • Comfort learning and navigating multiple systems and tools; experience with Google Workspace, PDF management tools and Slack is an asset

Play to your strengths. Finding the right fit goes both ways—so this section is yours to complete. When you join, you’ll add the unique strengths you bring that aren’t captured above.

How we’ll support you

We recognize our people’s health is everything. That’s why we take care of them.

  • Maple for you and your family: 24⁄7 access to general practitioners, pediatrics and mental health therapy for you and your family. Care starts on day one

  • Comprehensive health coverage: Medical, dental and life insurance because your peace of mind—and your loved ones—matter most

  • Health spending account: Extra funds to cover the essentials that make a difference, from new glasses to specialized therapy

  • Flex benefits: An annual budget built for your growth and well-being. Use it for professional development, wellness expenses or a one-time boost to your retirement savings. You choose what matters most

  • Health days: Life happens. We provide 10 dedicated days for rest, medical appointments or caregiving, so you can show up at your best

  • Destination days: Work from anywhere. Enjoy the flexibility to work internationally in eligible countries for up to five days per year

  • Group retirement savings plan: We’re here for the long haul. Invest in your future with our group retirement plan

The details

  • Job type: Existing vacancy, full-time

  • Hiring manager: Team Lead, Care Delivery Operations

  • Location: Remote within Canada

  • Start date: October 2026

  • Vacation: 3 weeks

  • Pay range: $21.30 - $23.15

Offers can vary depending on skills, experience and readiness to meet Maple’s expectations for this level. We encourage open conversations about pay. If you have questions about how compensation works at Maple, you’re welcome to ask at any point in the interview process.

We’re committed to the safety and security of our platform. Please note that any offer of employment is subject to a criminal record check (EPIC) and identity verification. Additional checks, including employment or education verification, may be conducted depending on the role’s requirements.

Use of artificial intelligence

We don’t currently use artificial intelligence (AI) or automated tools to screen, assess or select candidates. Every application is thoughtfully reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team or hiring managers.

What this role involves

Tradewater

Refrigerant Collections Associate

Location: Remote, U.S.

A certified B Corp, Tradewater is on a mission to bend the curve on global warming as quickly as possible, directly combating climate change by identifying, collecting, and mitigating the release of non-CO₂ superpollutants—including old refrigerants, excess halons, and methane. Operations Management & Technology Consulting Operations Manager at V2 Strategic Advisors

Drives end-to-end internal business operations, process improvement, vendor management, and technology initiatives for a consulting firm.

Process and route lab and referral documentation for a virtual healthcare platform, managing workflows, tracking records, and escalating critical results while maintaining privacy standards.

Operations Ace Ventures: Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder (Remote, UAE or Europe)

Executive personal assistant manages calendar, travel, administrative tasks, and vendor coordination across multiple companies and countries for a founder.

Mid Remote Posted 2 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
URL: https://aceventures.ai/

Location: Remote, based in the UAE or Europe. Engagement: full-time independent contractor (own visa and invoicing setup required).

About the role

You will be the right hand to a Dubai-based founder who runs a group of companies in performance marketing and consumer brands and splits his time between Dubai and Europe. Your job is to take every administrative task off his plate, business and personal, so his time goes to decisions and deals rather than logistics.

We are looking for an A player. This is a fast-moving environment with high expectations: priorities change daily, decisions are made quickly, and the standard is that things get done properly the first time. You need to be driven, want to work hard, and take pride in running a tight operation for someone who moves fast.

This is a hands-on, high-trust role. You will handle calendars, travel, bookings, paperwork, payments, vendors and follow-ups across several companies and several countries. You should be the kind of person who closes loops without being chased and notices problems before they land on his desk.

What you will own

Business administration

  • Manage calendar and inbox: triage, prioritise, draft replies, schedule and reschedule across time zones
  • Prepare, chase and file documents: contracts for signature, invoices, KYC and compliance requests from banks and partners, company renewals (trade licences, visas, insurance)
  • Coordinate with accountants, lawyers, banks and agencies; track deadlines so nothing lapses
  • Keep shared drives, access lists and company records organised and current
  • Take notes in meetings when asked, track action items and follow up with the people responsible

Travel and bookings

  • Plan and book flights, hotels, villas, ground transport and restaurants, often on short notice and with changes mid-trip
  • Manage loyalty programmes, entry requirements, visas and travel documents
  • Coordinate pet travel logistics when required

Personal administration

  • Handle personal bills, subscriptions, insurance, vehicles and property matters in Dubai and Europe
  • Manage household staff and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, vets, groomers, trainers)
  • Research and arrange appointments, gifts, events and reservations
  • Run errands remotely: returns, deliveries, renewals, forms

What success looks like

  • By day 30: You own the calendar and inbox end to end, know every company entity, bank and key contact, and have a live tracker of renewals and deadlines.
  • By day 60: You have handled at least one full international trip solo, including changes mid-trip, and taken over all personal bills and subscriptions.
  • By day 90: The founder is not touching admin. You flag issues before they become urgent and propose fixes rather than questions.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years as an executive assistant, personal assistant or chief of staff to a founder, senior executive or private individual
  • Based in the UAE or Europe, already holding the right to live and work there, and able to invoice as a freelancer or through your own company
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required; any additional languages are a plus
  • Proven experience booking complex international travel and handling last-minute changes calmly
  • Comfortable with numbers and paperwork: expenses, invoices, bank forms, compliance requests
  • Strong with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Slack, Notion or similar, and quick to learn new tools
  • Skilled with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT: you use them daily for drafting, research, summarising and structuring work, not as an occasional experiment
  • Track record of automating your own repetitive tasks (for example with Zapier, Make, n8n, spreadsheet scripts or AI agents) without being asked to
  • Discreet by default; you will see sensitive financial, legal and personal information
  • Self-directed: works from a list, chases without reminders, confirms when something is done
  • Calm under pressure, allergic to loose ends, direct in communication, and comfortable working mostly alone with a founder who moves fast and changes plans often

This role is not for you if

You need a fixed 9 to 5 with no interruptions, you prefer to wait for instructions rather than propose a plan, or you are uncomfortable handling someone else's money, documents and personal life with total discretion.

Tools we use

Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), WhatsApp and Slack for daily communication, Notion for tasks and documentation, Claude for drafting, research and workflow automation, and standard travel and booking platforms. Experience with UAE government portals (GDRFA, DED, Dubai Now) and European banking is useful but not required.

Working hours and availability

  • Core hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), Monday to Friday
  • When the founder is in Europe, core hours shift to Central European Time
  • Reachable for urgent travel or booking issues outside core hours and on weekends; this is balanced with flexible time off during quiet periods
  • Occasional in-person time in Dubai or Europe (a few days per quarter) is a plus, not a requirement

Confidentiality and trust

You will have access to passports, payment cards, company accounts and private correspondence. The engagement is conditional on a signed NDA, reference checks and a background check. Access is granted step by step during the probation period.

Compensation and terms

  • Fee: EUR 3,500 to 5,000 per month (or AED equivalent), depending on location and experience, invoiced monthly
  • Performance bonus: up to EUR 2,000 per month on top of the fee, assessed monthly against agreed targets (deadlines met, zero missed renewals or bookings, response times, issues caught before they became urgent)
  • Engagement: independent contractor. You must already hold the legal right to live and work where you are based and be set up to invoice (freelance permit, sole trader, autĂłnomo or your own company). No visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Software and travel costs covered when in-person time is needed
  • Three-month probation period

How to apply

Apply with your CV, your earliest start date, and short written answers (a few sentences each) to the following:

  1. Describe a trip you booked that went wrong and how you fixed it.
  2. You receive a bank compliance request with a 48-hour deadline and the founder is on a long-haul flight. What do you do?
  3. Have you managed personal or household matters, not just business, for a principal before? Give an example.
  4. Describe one repetitive task you automated for yourself or a previous principal: what the task was, which tools you used, and how much time it saved.
  5. What time zone are you in, and what hours are you realistically available?

Shortlisted candidates complete a 30-minute practical task (plan a sample trip from a short brief) before a video interview.

Operations Vice President, Clinical Service Operations at Twin Health

VP oversees clinical operations, care-team workflows, supply-demand forecasting, and financial accountability for Twin Health's virtual practice.

Exec Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

Opportunity

The VP, Clinical Service Operations owns the operational engine driving Twin Health’s virtual practice. This leader ensures clinical supply reliably meets member demand, builds and governs the practice infrastructure that powers efficient care-team workflows, and holds full operational and financial accountability for daily practice operations.

A core part of the role is providing the Care Team Services that enrollment depends on, including but not limited to, reliably completing onboarding visits, staffing on-demand sensor support, and standing up the human backup that steps in when automated steps fail. Additionally this role must own the supply–demand forecasting that ensures enough care-team capacity for onboarding visits and other enrollment requirements. The Enrollment leader owns enrollment performance and its metrics; this role supports that leader by guaranteeing the care-team supply and service conditions enrollment requires.

This is the counterpart to Care Team Operations: Care Team Operations defines what the clinical workforce must deliver and owns care quality, care efficiency, care service level agreements, and outcomes; Clinical Service Operations makes sure the conditions for that delivery are in place — the right supply, in the right shape, at the right cost, on infrastructure that works. As the strategic operational counterpart to Care Team Operations—which defines clinical standards, care quality, service levels, and health outcomes—Clinical Service Operations ensures the foundational conditions for delivery are met: the right supply, in the right structure, at the right cost, on robust infrastructure. The VP partners closely with Care Team Operations, HR, Finance, and Product/Analytics, and manages the team responsible for practice operations and capacity readiness for new partner launches.

Responsibilities

Supply Meets Demand

Own the balance of clinical supply to member demand, holding utilization within a healthy 90–110% band — enough capacity to serve members reliably without costly idle time. Build and run the supply–demand model, forecast demand, and adjust staffing and scheduling to keep the system in balance as volume shifts.

Care Team Services for Enrollment

Own the Care Team Services that enrollment depends on — the supply and the operational delivery — while the Enrollment leader owns enrollment performance and its metrics. This role supports that leader; it does not own the enrollment metric.

  • Enrollment supply & demand. Own supply–demand forecasting for enrollment: project onboarding-visit demand and the other care-team requirements enrollment generates, and ensure enough supply — onboarding-visit slots, staffing, and coverage — is in place to meet it, so enrollment is never constrained by a lack of care-team capacity.
  • Onboarding-visit completion. Ensure the care team reliably completes scheduled onboarding visits through staffing, scheduling, backfill, and rapid recovery of missed or failed visits.
  • On-demand sensor support. Ensure on-demand sensor support is staffed and available so members can be helped through sensor setup and issues during onboarding.
  • Human backup to agents. Ensure human coverage is in place behind automated/agentic steps, ready to step in when an agent fails or cannot complete a key enrollment step — checklist, intake call, or medication reconciliation — so no member stalls at those steps.

Licensing and Credentialing Supply. Ensure human care team members have appropriate credentialing and licensing for each pod to support pod structure enrollment numbers seamlessly.

Clinical Supply Structuring

Ensure the structure of clinical supply — not just the headcount, but the mix of roles, skills, languages, licensure, and availability — meets the attributes Care Team Operations specifies. This includes maintaining active multi-state clinical licensure and credentialing compliance. Plan and flex that structure across four demand drivers:

  • Contractual — staffing and coverage that satisfy client contract terms, licensing, credentialing, SLAs, and performance guarantees.
  • Population-based — capacity tailored to the acuity, conditions, and needs of the member populations served.
  • Client growth — capacity planned and stood up ahead of new client and contract launches so growth never outruns supply.
  • Innovation — agile capacity allocation supporting pilots, new programs, and care-model changes.

Workforce Reliability (in Partnership with HR)

Partner with HR to monitor and manage care-team absenteeism and coverage, translating workforce reliability into the capacity model so that real-world availability — not just headcount on paper — is what drives supply planning.

Practice Infrastructure

Own the operational infrastructure the care organization runs on: scheduling templates, visit types, and practice reporting. Govern how visits are defined, sized, and scheduled; maintain these as a versioned, single source of truth; and deliver operational dashboards to manage the practice by metrics. Own all licensing and credentialing support for the team to ensure we have the correct licensing and credentialing supply for providers and nursing.

Service Reliability

Keep the operation dependable at the point of care, holding the daily virtual-visit loss rate under 20% — minimizing no-shows, late cancellations, and technical or workflow failures that cost a scheduled visit — through better scheduling, automated reminders, proactive backfill, and rapid resolution.

Financial Stewardship

Own operational finance for the care organization: budget planning, cost of goods sold (COGS), and headcount approval. Deliver COGS and finance reporting, manage the operation to budget, and serve as the approval gate for care-team headcount so growth stays tied to demand and unit economics.

How Success Is Measured

  • Supply-to-demand utilization sustained at 90–110% weekly.
  • Enrollment supply forecast and staffed to demand — enough onboarding-visit capacity and other care-team coverage that enrollment is never constrained by supply.
  • Onboarding visits reliably completed by the care team, with missed or failed visits backfilled and recovered.
  • On-demand sensor support staffed and available throughout onboarding.
  • Human backup to agents in place so failed or incomplete automated steps — checklist, intake call, medication reconciliation — are caught and completed by a person.
  • Supports the Enrollment leader on enrollment performance; accountable for the care-team supply and service conditions behind it, not the enrollment metric itself.
  • Supply structure meets Care Team Operations’ specified attributes across contractual, population, growth, and innovation needs.
  • Takes in monthly demand forecasts from Care Team Operations and converts that into a monthly headcount forecast, delivering “on time” supply to meet demand. (Covers provider, coach, RN, MA, MEA, L1.)
  • Daily virtual-visit loss rate held below 20%.
  • Tracks COGS and hiring plan with Finance and HR, and continuously adapts based on demand fluctuations.
  • Absenteeism monitored and factored into capacity, with coverage maintained; escalates to the Care Team Lead and HR when out of established standard for corrective actions.
  • Practice infrastructure (scheduling templates, visit types, reporting) is complete, governed, and trusted, with continuous visibility of performance metrics and detection and correction when variance falls outside expected SLAs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in healthcare operations, including significant experience leading virtual/telehealth or multi-site clinical operations at scale.
  • Deep workforce-management and capacity-planning expertise — supply–demand modeling, forecasting, scheduling, and staffing ratios.
  • Experience forecasting demand and delivering the care-team capacity behind an onboarding or enrollment function (onboarding visits, member/sensor support, and human coverage for automated steps), ideally in virtual care, digital health, or consumer health.
  • Track record owning an operational budget/COGS and headcount planning, with fluency in unit economics.
  • Experience building and governing practice infrastructure — scheduling systems, visit-type/appointment design, and operational reporting or dashboards.
  • Strong data fluency; runs the operation by metrics and partners effectively with analytics.
  • Comfort partnering with a growth or enrollment owner — supplying the operational capacity and service coverage they need while they own the conversion metric.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership across clinical, HR, finance, and product/technology.
  • Experience scaling operations for growth (new client/contract launches) and standing up capacity for innovation and new programs.
  • Excellent people leadership; experience managing multi-layer operational teams.
  • Ability to build independently with Claude is a plus.

Preferred

  • Experience in value-based care, chronic or metabolic care, or digital health.
  • Familiarity with clinical workforce tooling and telehealth delivery platforms.
  • This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $270,000 annually.

Twin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and to achieve this purpose, we need the very best people to enhance our cutting-edge technology and medical science, deliver the best possible care, and turn our passion into value for our members, partners and investors. Operations Senior Manager, GTM Systems at Alloy

Owns architecture, administration, and automation of the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, integrations, and data models connecting sales, marketing, and finance systems.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Alloy is where you belong!

Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world’s leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.

Through our values: Be Bold, Go Fast, Collaborate, and Celebrate Our Differences, we are creating a workplace where you can grow, thrive, and belong. See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.

Check out our investors and read more about us here.

About the team

Revenue Operations runs the systems and data that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success depend on to find, win, and keep customers. GTM Systems is the technical core of that team. Every quote, every routing rule, and every pipeline number traces back to architecture this function builds. The stack is growing alongside the business, and the person who owns it decides what it becomes.

Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the architecture, build, and administration of Alloy’s revenue tech stack. This role is built for someone who stays technical: you set the direction for GTM systems and you write the automations and architect the integrations yourself. You’ll report to the VP of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.

  • Own the architecture, roadmap, and day to day administration of Alloy’s core GTM systems, including Salesforce, Gong, Apollo.io, and adjacent tooling.
  • Build and maintain integrations and automations across the GTM stack using APIs and iPaaS platforms.
  • Design the data model and integration architecture connecting GTM systems to downstream tooling such as Netsuite and Snowflake.
  • Own system reliability and data integrity across the stack. Troubleshoot issues directly and drive them to resolution.
  • Independently drive automation that improves GTM team productivity and data hygiene, from identifying the opportunity through to shipping it.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk on quote to cash, approvals, and territory and quota automation so the stack scales with headcount growth.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage GTM tooling vendors, including renewals and platform consolidation decisions, alongside the VP of Revenue Operations.
  • Set technical standards for systems work and align with the GTM Engineer on architecture ownership so build effort is not duplicated.

Who we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in systems administration, GTM engineering, revenue operations, or a similar technical role in SaaS, with deep hands-on Salesforce architecture and administration experience. Admin or Architect certification is a strong plus.
  • A track record of personally designing and building integrations and automations rather than directing others to build them.
  • Proficiency with iPaaS platforms such as n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier, plus working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
  • Experience owning a GTM tech stack end to end at a scaling B2B SaaS company, including data warehousing concepts and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or dbt.
  • The range to act as a strategic partner to RevOps leadership and as the engineer who ships the solution.
  • Clear cross-functional communication. You can turn a business requirement into systems logic and explain the tradeoffs back to the business.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Familiarity administering sales engagement tools, customer success platforms, and CPQ.
  • Experience mentoring a systems analyst as a function has grown.

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically!

This position has a salary range of $166,000 to $195,000.

Benefits and Perks

  • Unlimited PTO and flexible work policy
  • Employee stock options
  • Medical, dental, vision plans with HSA (monthly employer contribution) and FSA options
  • 401k with 100% match up to 4% of annual employee compensation
  • Eligible new parents receive 16 weeks of paid parental leave

Operations Senior Revenue Operations Specialist at Roofr

Optimizes revenue processes, systems, and workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve efficiency and enable scalability.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Roofr, we’re obsessed with our customers. We constantly gather feedback to shape, prioritize, and launch the products they truly need. That’s what makes Roofr’s CRM special. We started by building essential sales tools like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals. But when our customers asked for a simple, affordable way to manage and scale their entire businesses, we listened. So, we created a CRM that connects these solutions—along with payments, material ordering, and more—into a seamless, powerful platform. With a clear roadmap ahead, we’re excited to continue expanding and leading the market with innovative products.

We have an amazing culture, strong financials, and best-in-class company metrics. It’s an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

This position is for an existing vacancy.

We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability across Roofr’s Revenue organization. As a key member of the RevOps team, you’ll play a hands-on role optimizing GTM processes, improving our technology ecosystem, strengthening data integrity, and building AI-ready systems that enable our Revenue teams to perform at their best.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, automate manual processes, and ensure our systems and workflows support a seamless customer and revenue lifecycle.

This is a highly collaborative, execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, working deeply in systems and data, and turning business needs into scalable and AI-forward technology solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Optimize Revenue Processes & Systems

  • Identify operational challenges across the Revenue org and develop scalable solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and the GTM experience.
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize Revenue processes, workflows, and systems across the customer lifecycle.
  • Apply a structured, project-management-oriented approach to understand problems, evaluate solutions, manage implementation, and measure outcomes.
  • Partner with Revenue leaders and ICs to understand their needs, gather feedback, test solutions, and ensure initiatives meaningfully improve team performance.
  • Look for opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate unnecessary manual work, and design human-in-the-loop AI workflows to improve efficiency for Revenue teams.

Drive Process Automation & AI Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual processes using existing technology, integrations, and automation platforms.
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, routing, notifications, and other system-based solutions that improve team productivity.
  • Leverage connectors such as Fivetran, Zapier, or similar platforms to connect systems and improve data flow.
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to improve Revenue productivity and operational scale.

Own & Optimize the Revenue Technology Stack

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Own the creation, maintenance, and optimization of pipelines, workflows, custom views, templates, playbooks, lists, and other HubSpot functionality supporting Revenue initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize key Revenue technologies including Aircall, Sakari, Gong, Stripe, Hippo Video, and Guru.
  • Ensure systems are configured effectively, adopted appropriately, and integrated into Revenue workflows.
  • Stay current on product capabilities and emerging features, identify opportunities to improve our technology stack, and maintain relationships with key technology vendors.

Strengthen Data & Revenue Insights

  • Maintain strong data integrity practices across the tools, processes, and automations you own.
  • Ensure GTM data is clean, consistently structured, and AI-ready.
  • Use data to identify trends, diagnose operational issues, and measure the impact of Revenue initiatives.
  • Support analysis related to lead scoring, customer health, pipeline performance, conversion, productivity, and other Revenue performance indicators.
  • Translate data and operational insights into actionable recommendations for Revenue teams.

Partner Across Revenue

  • Work closely with leaders and ICs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to inform your roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
  • Partner with the Revenue Enablement Specialist to ensure new tools, processes, and AI-assisted workflows are effectively rolled out, documented, and adopted.
  • Engage Revenue team members as partners in testing new processes and tools, and incorporate their feedback into solutions.

Documentation & Operational Excellence

  • Create and maintain clear documentation for tools, systems, processes, workflows, and automations.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible and easy for Revenue teams to understand and use.
  • Partner with Enablement to support training and adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Establish repeatable processes that make it easier for teams to understand and consistently use Revenue systems.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
  • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Experience owning, implementing, and optimizing Revenue technology and GTM systems such as CRM, conversation intelligence, sales engagement, communication, customer education, and payment platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue processes and how systems, data, and workflows support the broader GTM motion.
  • Experience building and optimizing workflows, automations, integrations, and data flows.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify problems, inform decisions, and measure impact.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating or implementing AI-powered GTM tools — not just familiarity, but hands-on work with AI-assisted workflows, automation platforms, or agentic tooling.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.

Who You Are:

  • You’re a builder and problem solver who enjoys figuring out how things work and finding better ways to make them work.
  • You naturally look for opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale processes and you think critically about where AI creates real leverage versus where humans still need to be in the loop.
  • You’re highly detail-oriented and understand that clean, well-structured data is the foundation of effective RevOps.
  • You’re comfortable getting deep into systems and technical details while keeping the broader business objective in mind.
  • You take ownership and don’t need a playbook to get started.
  • You are curious about new technology, including AI and automation, and think critically about where it can create meaningful business value.
  • You’re an effective cross-functional partner who understands that successful RevOps solutions start with understanding the people and processes they support.
  • You are comfortable operating in a PLG and/or PLS environment and understand how operational processes and systems need to support both self-serve and sales-assisted customer journeys.

Bonus:

  • HubSpot certifications, including HubSpot Certified Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software, or HubSpot Sales Software.
  • Experience integrating GTM technologies directly as well as using Zapier or similar integration and automation platforms.
  • Experience working in an organization supporting both PLG/self-serve conversion and PLS/sales-assisted conversion models.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Aircall, Sakari, Gong, Zendesk, Stripe, Hippovideo, Guru, and Asana.
  • Experience with AI-enabled Revenue Operations tools and automation.
  • Experience working with SaaS metrics such as pipeline conversion, velocity, retention, customer health, and productivity.
