Product Director of Product - Network at Nomi Health

Director oversees network product strategy, pricing models, provider data integrity, and cross-functional integration requirements across healthcare claims and reimbursement systems.

Lead Posted about 1 hour ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We were tired of hearing that healthcare is broken, so we decided to do something about it. At Nomi Health, we believe the care itself isn’t broken — it’s the business of healthcare that gets in the way. Every year, more than $1 trillion is wasted on paperwork, delays, and middle layers that drive up costs and keep people from the care they need.

We’re rebuilding the system so it works the way it should: clear prices you can trust, faster payments that keep providers focused on patients, and data that helps employers make better decisions. Our work has already touched more than 30 million lives — from local communities in Michigan to some of the largest companies in the country.

What You’ll Do:

  • Market solution design. Partner with network, go-to-market, and sales teams to define and scope what Nomi can realistically deliver in each new market before it’s sold, including provider coverage, TPA capability, and integration sequencing.
  • Partner and TPA data exchange. Write the integration requirements between Nomi and every partner in the claim lifecycle — inbound claims, priced output, remittance, eligibility, file cadence, SLAs, and reconciliation — specific enough that an engineer on either side can build to it.
  • Network configuration and pricing. Own the path from a signed rate sheet to a correctly priced claim: ingestion, normalization, versioning, effective dating, validation, and audit. Set the testing and release bar for anything that touches pricing.
  • Provider data, adequacy, and directory. Own the provider data model and hierarchy — sponsor, tax ID, billing NPI, service location — and make network adequacy and directory accuracy measurable rather than asserted.
  • New segments and group types. Evaluate new group types and segments as they come up, be willing to recommend against ones that don’t fit, and defend that recommendation to sales.
  • The payments interface. Recognize when a network change has payment-side consequences and get ahead of it with the financial services and payments teams before it ships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reimbursement fluency. You understand the difference between billed, allowed, and paid, and you’ve worked hands-on with real fee schedules and rate methodologies, percent-of-Medicare, per diem, case rate, DRG, percent-of-charge.
  • Domain background. You’ve built this expertise at a health plan, a TPA, a repricing or payment-integrity vendor, a reference-based-pricing administrator, a provider revenue-cycle organization, or a network contracting organization.
  • Data exchange experience. You’re comfortable with 837, 835, and eligibility file exchange, and you’ve written integration requirements that another team was able to build from successfully.
  • Commercial confidence. You’re comfortable representing Nomi directly in front of a broker, a TPA executive, or a health system, and making commitments you can stand behind.
  • A self-directed approach. You’re comfortable defining your own priorities and figuring out what matters most, rather than working off a pre-built roadmap.
  • Enough technical fluency to be credible. You can read a data model, write SQL against it, and give an engineer clear enough direction that they’re not left guessing. You won’t be writing production code yourself.
  • Strong written communication. Requirements documents are a core part of this role, so your writing should be clear, specific, and easy for others to build from.

Preferred Experiences:

  • Experience in self-funded employer health: TPA administration, direct contracting, reference-based pricing, or captives.
  • You’ve run a platform migration or a vendor claims-system implementation and lived through the reporting gap that follows.
  • Founder or early-operator background, or a track record of using automation and AI to replace manual operational work.

Nomi Health delivers disruptive healthcare solutions, in partnership with like-minded employers, public sector organizations, advisors (brokers/consultants), and payers/TPAs. We’re a team of 300+ people who show up every day with the same mindset: don’t settle for “that’s just how it is.” Real change happens when you challenge the system, cut through the excuses, and build something better together.

Product Senior Product Manager at Remote

Senior PM owns the vision and roadmap for Remote's benefits administration platform, managing complex integrations, data pipelines, and unified cost ingestion across 90+ countries.

Senior Remote Posted about 5 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Remote

Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. We make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. With our core values at heart and future focused work culture, our team works tirelessly on ambitious problems, asynchronously, around the world. You can find Remoters working from 6 different continents (Antarctica left to go!) and all of our positions are fully remote.

With Innovation as one of the core values, we have built Automation and AI capabilities into the requirements for every role.

We encourage every member of the Remote team to bring their talents, experiences and culture to the table to help us build the best-in-class HR platform.

If you are energetic, curious, motivated and ambitious, be part of our world. Apply now and define the future of work!

What this job can offer you

Benefits at Remote is becoming the provider-agnostic, payroll-correct, compliance-monitored infrastructure layer that sits underneath every way Remote employs someone — Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO — and, increasingly, underneath any external HR system a customer brings. It stops being a standalone module people click through and becomes a layer other systems build on top of: invisible when it works, indispensable when it doesn’t.

Near term, this is a deeply integration-heavy role. You’ll take over a live, high-stakes book of work: migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration for US global payroll, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion so any customer can bring their own broker or carrier, making benefits data flowing out of clients’ own HR systems land correctly in payroll, and resolving benefit-cost data-integrity incidents that touch real employee paychecks. This is hands-in-the-data work: reconciliation logic, eligibility files, settlement thresholds, migration sequencing.

Longer term, this is a full-scope experience and unification role. As Remote consolidates fragmented, product-by-product benefits tooling into one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one source of truth, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for making benefits behave consistently everywhere — the same primitives (offers, costs, enrollment, providers, statuses) working the same way across 90+ countries and across Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO, and HRIS-connected customers alike. You’ll also own how that layer shows up for non-human consumers — APIs and agent-facing tooling — not just for people in a UI.

This is a senior, high-autonomy role reporting into Product leadership, with regular exposure to Engineering, Payroll Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based)
  • A provider-agnostic mindset: you default to ingesting a customer’s existing reality, and anticipating their future needs (their broker, their carrier, their HRIS) rather than forcing them onto a fixed set of embedded partners.
  • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required. You must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes, not just write specs.
  • Comfort designing for systems as well as humans — you think in APIs and agent-facing tooling, not just dashboards, and can justify a feature by whether it makes a pay run more correct or compliant, not just whether it “feels complete.”
  • Judgment to make both strategic calls (what to consolidate, what to prioritize, what to explicitly stop doing) and tactical ones (scope of a given integration) under real deadline pressure.
  • Excellent async written communication — you’ll drive alignment across Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal without relying on meetings.
  • Bonus: Experience negotiating or managing commercial partnerships, not just technical integrations, as well as experience in related domains benefits, HR technology, payroll, insurance technology, or fintech

Nice to have

  • Strong technical fluency: you can read a data-mapping spec, reason about sync and reconciliation logic, and hold your own in a design conversation with engineers about idempotency, settlement thresholds, or migration sequencing.

Key responsibilities

Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy — near-term integrations, long-term unification

  • Drive the roadmap for how Remote connects to carriers, third-party administrators, benefits administration platforms, and customers’ own HR systems — deciding where we build deeper integrations, where we consolidate, and where we offboard partners that no longer fit.
  • Own the longer-term shift from fragmented, product-specific benefits tooling toward one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one consistent experience across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO.
  • Break strategy into a roadmap that’s legible to engineering, operations, and leadership, and keep every investment tied to one bar: does it make a pay run more correct, keep Remote compliant, or help win or retain a customer.

Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery

  • Drive initiatives such as migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion (bring-your-own-broker), and making benefits data from clients’ HR systems land correctly in payroll — from design through go-live.
  • Own test planning, end-to-end validation, and go-live readiness for these migrations, partnering closely with engineering.
  • Run the standard process for activating new countries and partners end to end: requirements, integration, carrier onboarding, and rollout.
  • Enable sales and implementation on benefits processing and set up - via AI tools to support workflows and code-connected agents to verify provider availability, system behavior and expected outcomes.

Build a seamless benefits experience across products

  • Own the vision for consistent benefits behavior across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO, and for customers who bring their own HR system, so cost, eligibility, and enrollment data flow the same way regardless of employment model or where the data originates.
  • Push proactive, systematic compliance monitoring as a real product surface rather than something discovered when a regulator or customer flags it.
  • Identify and close the gaps that today force teams or customers to reconcile benefits data manually across products.

Own data integrity across partner integrations

  • Be the escalation point for benefit-cost data incidents (e.g. under-collection, discrepancies between offer and payroll), driving root-cause analysis, remediation, and durable fixes rather than one-off patches.
  • Champion systemic tooling — discrepancy reporting, unmapped-cost alerting, reconciliation infrastructure — so issues surface before they hit employees or payroll.

Manage the partner portfolio

  • Own the full lifecycle of benefits partners: sourcing and evaluation, technical integration, performance monitoring, and offboarding when a partnership is sunset.
  • Partner with the Partnerships team on commercial terms and represent Product as the technical subject-matter expert with carriers and platforms.

Communicate and align

  • Evangelize the roadmap and process changes across Product, Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, and Partnerships.
  • Lead by example on asynchronous, transparent collaboration.

Practicals

  • You’ll report to: Director of Product, Payroll
  • Team: Product Management
  • Location: Any location, any timezone

Application process

  1. Interview with recruiter
  2. Interview with hiring manager
  3. Live Session
  4. Team Interview
  5. Bar Raiser interview
  6. Offer + Employment Verification Checks

Associate Product Manager executes on product features and initiatives for a real estate platform, working with engineering and UX teams under senior guidance.

Junior Onsite Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Side, we believe everyone should own their path.

Side partners with top-producing real estate professionals to help them own and operate their own boutique real estate companies, without the legal, regulatory, or operational complexity of running a traditional brokerage. As a pioneer in the Brokerage-as-a-Service model, Side provides a proprietary platform that increases efficiency, strengthens client relationships, and enables entrepreneurs to focus on what they do best — selling real estate and growing their businesses.

Headquartered in San Francisco and backed by more than $300 million from top-tier venture capital firms, Side is recognized as one of the most innovative and fastest-growing companies in real estate. At Side, you’ll work alongside experienced industry leaders and world-class engineers to help shape the future of real estate and empower exceptional professionals to thrive as business owners.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Product team at Side drives product vision, strategic planning, and the design, rollout, and measurement of new products and features. The team is responsible for delivering products that delight customers and impact the business, and for measuring that impact against well-defined success outcomes. We build products iteratively based on data-directed insights and user feedback, and generate insightful hypotheses about our users and their needs. We regularly collaborate with internal partners and are in a unique position of easy access to users for real time feedback due to our close partnerships with our customers & their teams. We believe that collaboration, teamwork, and communication are critical to the product development process. We strive to communicate clearly, manage expectations proactively, and exercise full transparency with our partners and teammates.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Associate Product Manager who is new or early in the Product Management career path, you will be learning and applying core Product skills.  Your focus will be on execution with the UX and Engineering members on your team, under the guidance and coaching of senior Product team members, and working on defined problems and features in our Transaction & Compliance Management product.  You will clearly define product work, participate in planning, test and validate completed work, and participate in release planning and communication.  In partnership with adjacent teams on the platform, you will leverage both product iteration and 10x innovation to provide industry-leading automation, efficiency, and ease-of-use.   You will deeply understand the customer, begin to leverage data to validate solution impact, and play a key role in driving predictable, measurable success for our customers and for Side.

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco headquarters. To foster collaboration and maintain our fast-paced culture, we require 2 days per week in the office.

What you’ll be doing

  • In partnership with your UX and Engineering Lead counterparts, and with guidance from senior Product team members, driving the work of the Agile team to produce high-quality, reliable, and high-impact product iterations and releases
  • Clearly defining product features, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to empower efficient and high-quality product work, leveraging AI tools to amplify your work and impact
  • Coding with AI to produce prototypes, examples, and other artifacts for clearly articulating features and requirements
  • Leveraging data analytics and qualitative understanding to validate feature adoption and impact
  • Collaborating with senior Product team members to prioritize the backlog of work to deliver the most impactful and strategically sequenced releases and improvements
  • Participating in team Agile ceremonies to groom, plan, execute, and improve
  • Working with the Go-to-Market team to document product releases for internal and external stakeholders, and providing team updates/training for major releases
  • Releasing as needed to alpha/beta groups for refinement, feedback, and hardening
  • Contributing skills, artifacts, and best practices for AI use in the team

What will make you a strong fit for the role

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Comfort with distilling ambiguity into an actionable path to execute and learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor communication style, format, and depth based on your audience
  • Aptitude working with technology and collaborating with others who have varying degrees of technical skills
  • Extreme comfort using AI tools and skills to accelerate your work and expand the breadth of your impact
  • Ability to organize and leverage data for evaluation and decision making
  • Growth Mindset: embrace challenges, persist through setbacks, focus on fearless learning, thrive on effort
  • Experience working directly with customers and with interdisciplinary cross-functional teams
  • Ownership mentality with strong execution capability and a track record of achieving measurable results
  • High empathy, curiosity, self-awareness, and transparency in both wins and misses
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to dive deep into the details
  • Bonus: experience with data analytics - SQL, advanced spreadsheet functions, business analytics tools

Product Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations at Fieldguide

Senior Manager bridges Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market by building operating systems for decision-making, measuring product success, and analyzing major product strategy bets.

Senior Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Fieldguide is the agentic AI-native platform for audit and advisory. We’re establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets by putting AI agents to work alongside the practitioners who verify how the economy actually operates.

The profession is facing a structural capacity problem. CPA exam candidates are at a 17-year low, and as many as 75% of today’s CPAs are expected to retire over the next decade, while regulatory complexity and client expectations keep rising. We’re building the system that closes that gap.

We’ve raised over $125M from Growth Equity by Goldman Sachs, Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Thomson Reuters, Floodgate, and Y Combinator. More than half of the top-100 U.S. CPA firms are customers, including several Big 4 firms, and we have the NPS to match. Our agents help practitioners save up to 75% of time on manual tasks and unlock over 4x capacity.

We’re deliberate about how we operate. Our FFLOWI values (Fearless, Fast, Lovable, Owners, Win-Win, Inclusive) mean we launch fast and iterate to perfection, we solve problems without red tape, and we hold ourselves to 11-star experiences for customers who cannot afford to be let down.

About the Role

As Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations, you’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, turning strategy into execution across the product lifecycle. You’ll build the operating systems that help our product teams make better decisions, ship with confidence, and prove measurable impact for the firms betting their delivery model on us.

This is the first dedicated hire in this function. You’ll work as an extension of product leadership, balancing hands-on execution with strategic initiatives, and you’ll build from zero rather than inherit. If ambiguity slows you down, this isn’t the role.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems that synthesize signal from engagement partners, managers, and staff auditors, along with Solutions, Implementation, and Sales, into product signals teams can act on

  • Establish rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact i.e. dashboards, KPIs

  • Own the analysis behind major product bets: competitive positioning, where agent capabilities should expand next, and the unit economics of running agents at scale i.e. inference cost per engagement, cost-to-serve by segment, and what those trends imply for roadmap sequencing

  • Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals: planning cycles, roadmap reviews, monthly business reviews

  • Build run-of-business systems that scale as we grow i.e. launch calendars, intake frameworks, RACI structures

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Who You Are

  • 6-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, product or corporate strategy, consulting, or a closely related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company

  • You’ve built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully, not just inherited and maintained them

  • Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data — usage metrics, feedback themes, retention signals — into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs. You can pull the data yourself rather than waiting on a queue

  • Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority

More about Fieldguide

Fieldguide is a values-based company. Our values are:

  • Fearless - Inspire & break down seemingly impossible walls.

  • Fast - Launch fast with excellence, iterate to perfection.

  • Lovable - Deliver happiness & 11 star experiences.

  • Owners - Execute & run the business with ownership.

  • Win-win - Create mutual value & earn trust for life.

  • Inclusive - Scale the best ideas with inclusive teams.

Some of our benefits include

  • Competitive compensation packages with meaningful ownership

  • Flexible PTO

  • 401k

  • Wellness benefits, including a bundle of free therapy sessions

  • Technology & Work from Home reimbursement

  • Flexible work schedules
