Senior PM owns the vision and roadmap for Remote's benefits administration platform, managing complex integrations, data pipelines, and unified cost ingestion across 90+ countries.
Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. We make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. With our core values at heart and future focused work culture, our team works tirelessly on ambitious problems, asynchronously, around the world. You can find Remoters working from 6 different continents (Antarctica left to go!) and all of our positions are fully remote.
With Innovation as one of the core values, we have built Automation and AI capabilities into the requirements for every role.
We encourage every member of the Remote team to bring their talents, experiences and culture to the table to help us build the best-in-class HR platform.
If you are energetic, curious, motivated and ambitious, be part of our world. Apply now and define the future of work!
Benefits at Remote is becoming the provider-agnostic, payroll-correct, compliance-monitored infrastructure layer that sits underneath every way Remote employs someone — Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO — and, increasingly, underneath any external HR system a customer brings. It stops being a standalone module people click through and becomes a layer other systems build on top of: invisible when it works, indispensable when it doesn’t.
Near term, this is a deeply integration-heavy role. You’ll take over a live, high-stakes book of work: migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration for US global payroll, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion so any customer can bring their own broker or carrier, making benefits data flowing out of clients’ own HR systems land correctly in payroll, and resolving benefit-cost data-integrity incidents that touch real employee paychecks. This is hands-in-the-data work: reconciliation logic, eligibility files, settlement thresholds, migration sequencing.
Longer term, this is a full-scope experience and unification role. As Remote consolidates fragmented, product-by-product benefits tooling into one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one source of truth, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for making benefits behave consistently everywhere — the same primitives (offers, costs, enrollment, providers, statuses) working the same way across 90+ countries and across Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO, and HRIS-connected customers alike. You’ll also own how that layer shows up for non-human consumers — APIs and agent-facing tooling — not just for people in a UI.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role reporting into Product leadership, with regular exposure to Engineering, Payroll Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.
Nice to have
Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy — near-term integrations, long-term unification
Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery
Build a seamless benefits experience across products
Own data integrity across partner integrations
Manage the partner portfolio
Communicate and align
Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. We do not agree to or encourage cheap-labor practices and therefore we ensure to pay above in-location rates. We hope to inspire other companies to support global talent-hiring and bring local wealth to developing countries.
At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
At Remote, we foster internal mobility as a key element of our culture of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness. Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is
$59,900—$151,650 USD
Our full benefits & perks are explained in our handbook at remote.com/r/benefits. As a global company, each country works differently, but some benefits/perks are for all Remoters:
We work async at Remote which means you can plan your schedule around your life (and not around meetings). Read more at remote.com/async.
You will be empowered to take ownership and be proactive. When in doubt you will default to action instead of waiting. Your life-work balance is important and you will be encouraged to put yourself and your family first, and fit work around your needs.
If that sounds like something you want, apply now!
Not only do we encourage folks from all ethnic groups, genders, sexuality, age, abilities, disability status and any other under-represented group to apply, but we prioritize a sense of belonging. We have 4 ERGs (Women, Disability, Queer, Minorities in Tech) who meet regularly with the People team. During your interviews and beyond, we ask & encourage anybody who needs an accommodation to request one from their recruiter.
We will ask you to voluntarily tell us your pronouns at interview stage, and you will have the option to answer our anonymous demographic questionnaire when you apply below. As an equal employment opportunity employer it’s important to us that our workforce reflects people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences and this data will help us to stay accountable. We thank you for providing this data, if you chose to.
At Remote, we embrace AI as a valuable tool while prioritizing human creativity and authenticity. We look forward to meeting candidates who balance innovation with genuine expertise and experience. To learn more about Remote’s AI guidelines check see here.

This range may be modified in the future.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. Product Manager shapes strategy for AI-native reliability and monitoring tools, partnering with leadership to define product vision and direction in the DevTools space.
(Fully remote, async-first, DevTools SaaS, 40h/week, time zones: UTC-3 to UTC+3)
The best developers don’t wait for a customer to tell them something’s broken.
They catch it first, in the pull request, in staging, or in the checkout flow at 3am, before a single user notices. That instinct is Checkly’s whole reason to exist. We give developers and their agents the tools to own reliability the way they own their code: monitoring defined as code, powered by OpenTelemetry and Playwright, versioned and reviewed like everything else they ship. From pull request to post-mortem, in one place.
Thousands of them, from modern AI companies like Mistral and resolve.ai to large engineering orgs like LinkedIn, Citi, and 1Password, build with us. Now we need a PM who wants to take that further, in a market being rewritten in real time.
Here’s the thing about 2026: AI agents and coding assistants are shipping more software, faster, than any team could review by hand, and more of it is breaking in ways nobody has seen before. LLM-backed features fail probabilistically. Agents take actions no runbook anticipated. “Is my app healthy?” is becoming an unanswerable question for a whole generation of AI-native software. Nobody has really figured out what reliability means for this kind of software yet. That’s the problem you’d own.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for empowering developers and designers to solve customer problems. You will work directly with our SVP Product Engineering Daniel.
You will:
Shape company and product strategy alongside our SVP of Product Engineering. It’s a genuine partnership: you’ll develop the vision for where Checkly goes next, decide where we play in the AI testing, monitoring, and observability landscape and where we don’t, and turn that into a direction. You build the strategy with us, not execute someone else’s.
Shape Checkly’s point of view on reliability in an AI-native world: how teams monitor AI-generated code, agent-driven workflows, and LLM-backed features
Lead initiatives across Product Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and represent Checkly directly to customers and in developer communities.
Live in the product and the problem. Empathy for DevOps, SRE and Platform Engineering isn’t a line item. It’s the job.
You ship with AI where it helps and know when not to. You don’t just talk about it.
You’ve built software before this. You’re an ex-engineer, ex-founder, or ex-solutions engineer who has written real code and shipped real things, and now you want to own the product. This one’s non-negotiable: you should be able to reason about APIs, MCPs, CLIs, and how systems fit together without a translator.
You’ve worked in a startup, not just a big company. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, small teams, and owning outcomes end to end. You don’t need a big-company machine around you to be effective.
You’ve built technical products, ideally developer tools. Adjacent technical products count. Experience in monitoring or observability is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
New to the PM title? That’s fine. If you’re coming from a founding or solutions-engineering seat and want to go all-in on product, we want to hear from you.
You’re technical enough to be dangerous with AI tooling. You can prototype in code, throw together a mock, or pressure-test technical viability yourself when it moves things forward.
FULLY remote role, within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones. Need to be able to travel to (other) European countries without having to wait for a visa appointment.
We would rather tell you now than have you find out in month two.
We use AI for everything, and we mean everything. AI skepticism is not a thing here. If you have the slightest hesitation about working with AI every day, this is not the place for you, and that is completely fine.
We write more than we talk. We are async-first, so a lot of decisions happen in documents and threads, not meetings. If you do your best thinking out loud in a room full of people, you will miss it here.
We are lean, so you own the boring parts too. There is no PM ops layer to delegate the unglamorous work to. You will do strategy one hour and clean up a messy spec the next.
We ship constantly and change our minds. Priorities move as we learn from customers. If you need long, stable planning cycles, this will feel chaotic.
Customer signals come first, and most of the time they beat your gut. We build what customers actually want, not the clever thing we dreamed up. Earn it by making customers happy, and then there is room for the moonshots. If you want to lead with your own bold bets, you will find this frustrating.
Transparent salary because your salary shouldn’t be dictated by how good a negotiator you are. (more info below)
Remote-first, flexible work hours, async-first (low meeting, high productivity) and transparent culture
Become part of a fast-growing, international, and remote team where your work matters, and your impact won’t get lost in layers of bureaucracy.

Fair, competitive, and transparent pay is very important for us. Therefore we work with a standardized salary calculator that includes several factors such as seniority level as well as location.
For this role, the range is (depending on seniority and skills):
€83k - €120k for someone in a similar cost of market as UK, Germany etc, + stock options
€75k - €105k for someone in a similar cost of market as Spain, Poland, Ukraine etc, + stock options
If this sounds interesting, please apply! Studies by several different sources have shown that on average men will apply for a job if they meet 60% of the application requirements. Women, non-binary people and POC will seek to match a much higher percentage of requirements before applying. We’re all about being transparent and setting clear expectations. That’s why we’ve put together our hiring playbook and open-sourced our employee handbook. There you’ll find a sneak peek of who we are, how we work and what you can expect in our hiring process.
Owns product strategy, UX design, and prototyping for AI-powered work intelligence features, balancing customer discovery with hands-on design and technical feasibility decisions.
ActivTrak is building the next generation of work intelligence products powered by conversational AI and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This role owns Work Advisor’s add-on MCP capability, consumption-based pricing for AI features, and expansion packs, the product line that makes ActivTrak’s data usable through LLMs and agentic tools rather than dashboards alone.
We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between product strategy and hands-on UX and prototyping. You’ll define what we build and why, shape how it feels to use, and get close enough to the code and MCP tooling to make sharp calls about feasibility, without needing to hand off every decision to a designer or engineer first.
This role is fluid by design. Some weeks you’ll be deep in customer discovery and roadmap tradeoffs. Others you’ll prototype a new MCP tool flow or review pricing mechanics with engineering. The through line is ownership: you drive clarity from problem to shipped product.
We’re starting this as a contract engagement so both sides can confirm fit before committing to a permanent role. We expect to make a conversion decision around [milestone or timeframe].

The Code and Theory global network of agencies is growing and includes Kettle, Instrument, Left Field Labs, Create Group, Current, and TrueLogic.
Striving never to be pigeonholed, we work across every major category: from tech to CPG, financial services to travel & hospitality, government and education to media and publishing. We value the collaboration with our client partners, including but not limited to Adidas, Amazon, Con Edison, Diageo, EY, J.P. Morgan Chase, Lenovo, Marriott, Mars, Microsoft, Thomson Reuters, and TikTok.
The Code and Theory network is comprised of nearly 2,000 people with 50% engineers and 50% creative talent. We’re always on the lookout for smart, driven, and forward-thinking people to join our team.
The target range of compensation for this role is $125,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
Lead product strategy and vision for an AI-native developer monitoring platform, shaping how teams approach reliability for AI-generated code and agent workflows.

Product manager owns strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered product capabilities including pricing, customer discovery, requirements, UX design, and cross-functional coordination.

Senior product strategist who owns discovery and strategy workstreams, develops product frameworks and roadmaps, and uses AI tools to strengthen research, synthesis, and client deliverables.
The Associate Director, Product is a developing senior practitioner who owns strategy workstreams within larger engagements and is taking on growing client relationship responsibility. This person works confidently across the full range of strategic product work with growing independence and is building the presence and judgment to lead in the room. They are accountable for ensuring that strategy doesn’t stop at the recommendation — that the thinking is clear, sequenced, and grounded enough for a team to act on it — and are increasingly the person who bridges that gap in practice. They use AI tools actively and independently across research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation — with developing judgment about where tools strengthen the work and where they introduce risk. They are also beginning to bring that perspective into client conversations, surfacing where AI can help clients move faster or build more durable internal capability.
