Product Senior Product Manager at Remote

Senior PM owns the vision and roadmap for Remote's benefits administration platform, managing product strategy, migrations, and integrations across global payroll systems.

Senior Remote Posted 4 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Remote

Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. We make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. With our core values at heart and future focused work culture, our team works tirelessly on ambitious problems, asynchronously, around the world. You can find Remoters working from 6 different continents (Antarctica left to go!) and all of our positions are fully remote.

With Innovation as one of the core values, we have built Automation and AI capabilities into the requirements for every role.

We encourage every member of the Remote team to bring their talents, experiences and culture to the table to help us build the best-in-class HR platform.

If you are energetic, curious, motivated and ambitious, be part of our world. Apply now and define the future of work!

What this job can offer you

Benefits at Remote is becoming the provider-agnostic, payroll-correct, compliance-monitored infrastructure layer that sits underneath every way Remote employs someone — Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO — and, increasingly, underneath any external HR system a customer brings. It stops being a standalone module people click through and becomes a layer other systems build on top of: invisible when it works, indispensable when it doesn’t.

Near term, this is a deeply integration-heavy role. You’ll take over a live, high-stakes book of work: migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration for US global payroll, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion so any customer can bring their own broker or carrier, making benefits data flowing out of clients’ own HR systems land correctly in payroll, and resolving benefit-cost data-integrity incidents that touch real employee paychecks. This is hands-in-the-data work: reconciliation logic, eligibility files, settlement thresholds, migration sequencing.

Longer term, this is a full-scope experience and unification role. As Remote consolidates fragmented, product-by-product benefits tooling into one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one source of truth, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for making benefits behave consistently everywhere — the same primitives (offers, costs, enrollment, providers, statuses) working the same way across 90+ countries and across Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO, and HRIS-connected customers alike. You’ll also own how that layer shows up for non-human consumers — APIs and agent-facing tooling — not just for people in a UI.

This is a senior, high-autonomy role reporting into Product leadership, with regular exposure to Engineering, Payroll Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based)
  • A provider-agnostic mindset: you default to ingesting a customer’s existing reality, and anticipating their future needs (their broker, their carrier, their HRIS) rather than forcing them onto a fixed set of embedded partners.
  • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required. You must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes, not just write specs.
  • Comfort designing for systems as well as humans — you think in APIs and agent-facing tooling, not just dashboards, and can justify a feature by whether it makes a pay run more correct or compliant, not just whether it “feels complete.”
  • Judgment to make both strategic calls (what to consolidate, what to prioritize, what to explicitly stop doing) and tactical ones (scope of a given integration) under real deadline pressure.
  • Excellent async written communication — you’ll drive alignment across Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal without relying on meetings.
  • Bonus: Experience negotiating or managing commercial partnerships, not just technical integrations, as well as experience in related domains benefits, HR technology, payroll, insurance technology, or fintech

Nice to have

  • Strong technical fluency: you can read a data-mapping spec, reason about sync and reconciliation logic, and hold your own in a design conversation with engineers about idempotency, settlement thresholds, or migration sequencing.

Key responsibilities

Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy — near-term integrations, long-term unification

  • Drive the roadmap for how Remote connects to carriers, third-party administrators, benefits administration platforms, and customers’ own HR systems — deciding where we build deeper integrations, where we consolidate, and where we offboard partners that no longer fit.
  • Own the longer-term shift from fragmented, product-specific benefits tooling toward one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one consistent experience across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO.
  • Break strategy into a roadmap that’s legible to engineering, operations, and leadership, and keep every investment tied to one bar: does it make a pay run more correct, keep Remote compliant, or help win or retain a customer.

Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery

  • Drive initiatives such as migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion (bring-your-own-broker), and making benefits data from clients’ HR systems land correctly in payroll — from design through go-live.
  • Own test planning, end-to-end validation, and go-live readiness for these migrations, partnering closely with engineering.
  • Run the standard process for activating new countries and partners end to end: requirements, integration, carrier onboarding, and rollout.
  • Enable sales and implementation on benefits processing and set up - via AI tools to support workflows and code-connected agents to verify provider availability, system behavior and expected outcomes.

Build a seamless benefits experience across products

  • Own the vision for consistent benefits behavior across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO, and for customers who bring their own HR system, so cost, eligibility, and enrollment data flow the same way regardless of employment model or where the data originates.
  • Push proactive, systematic compliance monitoring as a real product surface rather than something discovered when a regulator or customer flags it.
  • Identify and close the gaps that today force teams or customers to reconcile benefits data manually across products.

Own data integrity across partner integrations

  • Be the escalation point for benefit-cost data incidents (e.g. under-collection, discrepancies between offer and payroll), driving root-cause analysis, remediation, and durable fixes rather than one-off patches.
  • Champion systemic tooling — discrepancy reporting, unmapped-cost alerting, reconciliation infrastructure — so issues surface before they hit employees or payroll.

Manage the partner portfolio

  • Own the full lifecycle of benefits partners: sourcing and evaluation, technical integration, performance monitoring, and offboarding when a partnership is sunset.
  • Partner with the Partnerships team on commercial terms and represent Product as the technical subject-matter expert with carriers and platforms.

Communicate and align

  • Evangelize the roadmap and process changes across Product, Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, and Partnerships.
  • Lead by example on asynchronous, transparent collaboration.

Practicals

  • You’ll report to: Director of Product, Payroll
  • Team: Product Management
  • Location: Any location, any timezone

Application process

  1. Interview with recruiter
  2. Interview with hiring manager
  3. Live Session
  4. Team Interview

Product Senior Product Manager at Remote

Senior PM owns the vision and roadmap for Remote's benefits administration platform, managing complex integrations, data pipelines, and unified cost ingestion across 90+ countries.

  5. Bar Raiser interview
  6. Offer + Employment Verification Checks

Product Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations at Fieldguide

Senior Manager bridges Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market by building operating systems for decision-making, measuring product success, and analyzing major product strategy bets.

Senior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Fieldguide is the agentic AI-native platform for audit and advisory. We’re establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets by putting AI agents to work alongside the practitioners who verify how the economy actually operates.

The profession is facing a structural capacity problem. CPA exam candidates are at a 17-year low, and as many as 75% of today’s CPAs are expected to retire over the next decade, while regulatory complexity and client expectations keep rising. We’re building the system that closes that gap.

We’ve raised over $125M from Growth Equity by Goldman Sachs, Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Thomson Reuters, Floodgate, and Y Combinator. More than half of the top-100 U.S. CPA firms are customers, including several Big 4 firms, and we have the NPS to match. Our agents help practitioners save up to 75% of time on manual tasks and unlock over 4x capacity.

We’re deliberate about how we operate. Our FFLOWI values (Fearless, Fast, Lovable, Owners, Win-Win, Inclusive) mean we launch fast and iterate to perfection, we solve problems without red tape, and we hold ourselves to 11-star experiences for customers who cannot afford to be let down.

About the Role

As Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations, you’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, turning strategy into execution across the product lifecycle. You’ll build the operating systems that help our product teams make better decisions, ship with confidence, and prove measurable impact for the firms betting their delivery model on us.

This is the first dedicated hire in this function. You’ll work as an extension of product leadership, balancing hands-on execution with strategic initiatives, and you’ll build from zero rather than inherit. If ambiguity slows you down, this isn’t the role.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems that synthesize signal from engagement partners, managers, and staff auditors, along with Solutions, Implementation, and Sales, into product signals teams can act on

  • Establish rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact i.e. dashboards, KPIs

  • Own the analysis behind major product bets: competitive positioning, where agent capabilities should expand next, and the unit economics of running agents at scale i.e. inference cost per engagement, cost-to-serve by segment, and what those trends imply for roadmap sequencing

  • Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals: planning cycles, roadmap reviews, monthly business reviews

  • Build run-of-business systems that scale as we grow i.e. launch calendars, intake frameworks, RACI structures

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Who You Are

  • 6-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, product or corporate strategy, consulting, or a closely related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company

  • You’ve built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully, not just inherited and maintained them

  • Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data — usage metrics, feedback themes, retention signals — into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs. You can pull the data yourself rather than waiting on a queue

  • Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority

More about Fieldguide

Fieldguide is a values-based company. Our values are:

  • Fearless - Inspire & break down seemingly impossible walls.

  • Fast - Launch fast with excellence, iterate to perfection.

  • Lovable - Deliver happiness & 11 star experiences.

  • Owners - Execute & run the business with ownership.

  • Win-win - Create mutual value & earn trust for life.

  • Inclusive - Scale the best ideas with inclusive teams.

Some of our benefits include

  • Competitive compensation packages with meaningful ownership

  • Flexible PTO

  • 401k

  • Wellness benefits, including a bundle of free therapy sessions

  • Technology & Work from Home reimbursement

  • Flexible work schedules

Product Pricing & Packaging Lead at Hightouch

Lead pricing strategy and packaging design for a SaaS platform, collaborating with executives to define monetization frameworks and oversee their implementation across product offerings.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Hightouch

Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves. Teams move faster, stay on brand, and get AI marketing that actually works.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, Hightouch enables marketing teams to analyze performance, brainstorm ideas, and generate creative at a speed and quality that wasn’t previously possible.

Named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Customer Data Platforms, Hightouch is trusted by leading enterprises like Domino’s, Spotify, Aritzia, Cars.com, Ramp, and PetSmart.

At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you’re energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

We’re hiring our first dedicated Pricing & Packaging Lead. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to own how Hightouch monetizes, not administer a rate card someone else set.

Hightouch has grown from 10 to 100 account executives in under two years, and the product has diversified well beyond its Reverse ETL origins: Customer Studio, Identity Resolution, Journeys, Event Collection and Real-Time Audiences, Match Booster, and a fast-expanding set of AI products with a base + consumption pricing profile. Each launched with its own pricing logic, and the frameworks that got us here won’t get us to the next stage. We need a central lead who owns the whole picture, from strategy through the systems that make it real, and who is in the room with our Co-CEOs, CRO, CFO, and product leaders as new pricing gets designed.

This role reports to our Head of Revenue Operations and sits alongside the Deal Desk Lead. Deal Desk owns the transaction: structuring, approvals, and quote accuracy on individual deals. You own the frameworks Deal Desk enforces, and you’ll partner with Deal Desk and our front-line sales managers (AEMs) on the largest deals. You’ll be hands-on-keyboard from day one and are expected to be a builder and scaler.

What You’ll Do

Co-create pricing and packaging with executive and product leadership. Own the pricing and packaging agenda. Partner directly with our Co-CEOs, CRO, CFO, and Product leaders on how new products get packaged, metered, and priced: value metrics, tiers, platform fee structure, commit and drawdown mechanics, overage and true-up rules, floors, and how it all lands on an order form. Run the pricing workstream for every material launch so pricing is decided before the product ships. Build the analysis behind each decision (willingness-to-pay, win/loss and discount data, competitive benchmarking, margin and rev-rec implications) and bring a recommendation, not a menu. Own the decision through rollout, then pressure-test it against real deals and revise where it breaks.

Rationalize and own the current pricing frameworks. Inventory everything we sell and how we price it today, across Platform, Customer Studio, AI products, Event Collection and RTA, Match Booster, and adjacent SKUs. Consolidate overlapping or contradictory frameworks into one coherent price book with clear list prices, unit definitions, bundling rules, and discount guidance by segment and deal size. Define what is standard, what is an exception, and what we no longer offer. Set uplift and repricing standards for renewals and expansions, including how legacy contracts migrate onto current packaging. Report discount depth, price realization, and packaging mix to leadership on a regular cadence.

Build the pricing enablement and calculation tooling for the field. Make it easy for 100+ AEs and their managers to quote correctly and defend the price. Own the Pricing Enablement Hub and the reference documentation reps actually use. Build calculators and scoping tools (usage scoping, consumption estimators, bundle and multi-year configurators, approval-threshold lookups) that produce a defensible quote in minutes. Partner with Revenue Enablement to train reps on pricing, packaging, value positioning, and negotiation guardrails.

Partner with Deal Desk and AEMs on large and complex deals. For seven-figure, multi-product, multi-year, or otherwise non-standard opportunities, you’re in the deal early with the AEM, AE, and Deal Desk Lead, shaping the commercial structure: how to package a converged platform deal, how to ramp a consumption commit, where the walk-away is, and what precedent a concession sets. Where a deal exposes a hole in the framework, you close it so the next deal doesn’t need an exception.

Own business requirements for product price books in CPQ. Be the business owner of how our product catalog, price books, pricing rules, bundles, consumption and overage logic, and approval thresholds are represented in CPQ. Write and prioritize requirements, define acceptance criteria, and work with GTM Systems on implementation and testing. Hold the line on data model decisions that determine whether billing, ARR reporting, product-level compensation, and margin analysis are trustworthy downstream. Own price book governance once live.

Advise GTM Compensation on commission by product. Utilize analysis of margins and pricing dynamics to suggest differential commission rates or incentive structures for sellers.

Who You Are

  • You’ve owned pricing and packaging at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, ideally through product diversification or a pricing-model transition, selling into enterprise at multi-$100K and $1M+ price points. You’ve built price books, not just analyzed them.
  • You’ve priced consumption and hybrid models, not just seats. You understand value metrics, commits, drawdown, overage, minimums, and true-ups, and the revenue-recognition and forecasting headaches hybrid models create. Launching pricing for AI or usage-metered products is a strong plus.
  • You’ve worked directly with founders and executives on pricing decisions. You build the analysis, form a recommendation, defend it in a room with strong opinions, and execute the decision even when it wasn’t your first choice. Leaders trust you because you tell them what you actually think.
  • You build pricing models approved by Finance. You drive analysis including margin and revenue impact scenarios, understand how to translate P&L prerogatives into customer action, and respect cost levers when setting pricing and discount structures.
  • You’ve been close to deals. You’ve sat with sellers and deal desk on large, complex opportunities and know how pricing strategy meets negotiation reality. You understand that confusing pricing costs real revenue and rep time, and you’re energized by making it simple.
  • You’ve written pricing requirements for CPQ or quote-to-cash systems. You understand product catalogs, price book structures, and pricing rules, and how those choices propagate into billing, ARR reporting, and compensation. You don’t need to configure Salesforce yourself, but you speak the language and own the outcome.
  • You build tools people use. Your calculators, scoping models, and reference guides get adopted because they’re faster than the alternative. You’re fluent in spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL, and increasingly in AI tooling.
  • You think from first principles and ship iteratively. You ask why, build a hypothesis, test it, and update fast. You’d rather fix the top three price book problems this quarter than spend six months on a redesign that lands too late, and you’re eager to learn how Hightouch actually runs rather than apply what worked at your last company.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $260,000 per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.

E-Verify Statement

Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we’ll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security. This process happens post-hire only — we never use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants.

Product Sr Product Manager of Integrations at KarmaCheck

Senior Product Manager owns integration strategy and execution, bringing AI agents and screening products to market through ATS, HRIS, and HCM platform integrations.

Senior Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

KarmaCheck is the leader in modern background checks and screenings for the staffing industry, pushing the boundaries of workflow automation. Our customers work in ATS, VMS, and HRIS platforms which utilize our integrations and API to run screening, verification, and credentialing workflows without switching systems.

We are building an AI workforce: agents that automate the compliance workflows our customers run. Those products reach their full value when they show up inside the systems our customers already use. Building an agent in our own dashboard is the first half of the work. Getting it into Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday, or a customer’s proprietary system is the unlock.

This role owns that unlock, alongside additional workflow automation development, and the day-to-day integration products our customers depend on. The ideal hire can commit to working Eastern Time (EST).

The surface you would own

  • Pre-built ATS, HRIS, and HCM integrations: Bullhorn, where KarmaCheck selects required checks based on job placement specifications and writes completed screenings back to the candidate record. KarmaCheck is the only background check integration in Bullhorn’s investment portfolio. Symplr CTM, where teams order screenings, sync candidate data, and download completed documents directly from the candidate profile. Workday, delivering background check history, status updates, and results into the candidate’s Workday record. WIth additional integrations existing and to come.
  • Service and technology partners: An ecosystem spanning VMS and direct sourcing providers, currently including Conexis, Simpliant, Bridge, Shiftrx, Livehire, Renhead, and Opus Match, supported by revenue-share and referral programs.
  • Public API: An API-first architecture where customers have access to the same calls we use thousands of times a day, with a deliberately broad endpoint surface, customer-mapped data fields, automated consumer report delivery, and support for most ATS, HRIS, HCM, and VMS platforms as well as homegrown systems.

What you will own

  • Taking what we build to market, technically. This is the part of the job that makes it more than integration creation and maintenance. As we release AI agents and new screening products, you own how they reach customers inside their own systems: what the integration story is for each one, which partner surfaces it needs to land on, what has to change in the API or the partner integration to support it, and how a customer actually turns it on. You will work in tandem with the product managers driving AI and new product development.
  • Integration product and partnerships. Ongoing ownership of the Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, and Workday integrations, the partner ecosystem, and whatever we take on next. You will define what integrating with KarmaCheck means: which data flows, how statuses map, how errors surface, what we standardize and where we accommodate a partner’s model. You will work directly with partner product and engineering teams and own the roadmap for each integration rather than treating it as a one-time build.
  • Customer-facing implementation and scoping. You will be in front of customers regularly: integration discovery and solutions on new deals, scoping sessions during implementation, and the calls where a customer describes a workflow we do not yet support. Enterprise deals in healthcare staffing almost always hinge on an integration, and you will be the product voice in those conversations.
  • API and developer experience. Our public API and documentation are part of the product and often the first thing a technical buyer evaluates. You will own how they evolve in partnership with engineering: endpoint and webhook design, versioning and deprecation, error semantics, sandbox and testing experience, and documentation quality.
  • Support for Implementation and Support teams. Configuration and tooling that let Implementation stand up an integration without engineering involvement, clear enablement for Support, and a discipline of turning recurring issues into roadmap items rather than repeat manual fixes. The goal is that each launch requires less of Product and Engineering than the one before it.

The requirements we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in product management, with meaningful time owning integrations, APIs, or platform products
  • Integration experience across multiple different systems. We care more about the breadth of patterns you have seen than about any one platform. If you arrive with strong instincts about how integrations should be built, mapped, versioned, and supported, you will be useful on day one
  • Direct experience owning partner or API integrations as an ongoing product rather than a project. You have made standardize-versus-accommodate calls and lived with the consequences
  • Genuine comfort in front of customers, including when the goal is to sell. You will demo products, communicate value, and position our capability from a place of strength with technical buyers and operations leaders, then stay with that customer through discovery, scoping, and implementation. Much of what moves deals in this business is carried by product people, and you will be one of them.
  • Technical fluency to work directly with engineers on APIs, webhooks, data models, and error handling. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should never need a translator
  • Ability to turn input from customers, partners, and internal teams into clear, written, prioritized requirements
  • Comfort working with external partner teams, including the diplomacy of influencing a roadmap you do not control

Helpful, and learnable here

  • Healthcare staffing, background screening, credentialing, or compliance. Domain depth matters in this business, but we would rather hire strong integration instincts and ramp the domain than the reverse
  • Credentialing or verification experience, particularly locum tenens/physicians, which is a direction we are moving
  • Familiarity with ATS, VMS, HCM, or HRIS ecosystems such as Bullhorn, Symplr, or Workday
  • Developer experience or API product work
  • Experience bringing AI or automation features into third-party systems

$160,000 - $180,000 a year

- Become a key team member on the ground floor of a startup disrupting the background check industry and innovating digital identity

- 100% remote work environment with only limited required travel

- Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, HSA, and FSA

- $50 monthly allowance for physical/mental wellness

- Unlimited time off policy

- The expected base compensation for this role is between $160,000 - $180,000 per year  for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
