  • Experience translating business challenges into people plans and initiatives, with clear evidence of personal contribution and measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical capability, including using people data and insight to inform decisions, alongside practical experience of organisational change and workforce planning.
  • A clear and impactful communicator who is digitally confident, curious and comfortable using AI and technology to enhance ways of working.

Operations Senior Manager, GTM Systems at Alloy

Owns architecture, administration, and automation of the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, integrations, and data models connecting sales, marketing, and finance systems.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Alloy is where you belong!

Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world’s leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.

Through our values: Be Bold, Go Fast, Collaborate, and Celebrate Our Differences, we are creating a workplace where you can grow, thrive, and belong. See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.

Check out our investors and read more about us here.

About the team

Revenue Operations runs the systems and data that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success depend on to find, win, and keep customers. GTM Systems is the technical core of that team. Every quote, every routing rule, and every pipeline number traces back to architecture this function builds. The stack is growing alongside the business, and the person who owns it decides what it becomes.

Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the architecture, build, and administration of Alloy’s revenue tech stack. This role is built for someone who stays technical: you set the direction for GTM systems and you write the automations and architect the integrations yourself. You’ll report to the VP of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.

  • Own the architecture, roadmap, and day to day administration of Alloy’s core GTM systems, including Salesforce, Gong, Apollo.io, and adjacent tooling.
  • Build and maintain integrations and automations across the GTM stack using APIs and iPaaS platforms.
  • Design the data model and integration architecture connecting GTM systems to downstream tooling such as Netsuite and Snowflake.
  • Own system reliability and data integrity across the stack. Troubleshoot issues directly and drive them to resolution.
  • Independently drive automation that improves GTM team productivity and data hygiene, from identifying the opportunity through to shipping it.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk on quote to cash, approvals, and territory and quota automation so the stack scales with headcount growth.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage GTM tooling vendors, including renewals and platform consolidation decisions, alongside the VP of Revenue Operations.
  • Set technical standards for systems work and align with the GTM Engineer on architecture ownership so build effort is not duplicated.

Who we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in systems administration, GTM engineering, revenue operations, or a similar technical role in SaaS, with deep hands-on Salesforce architecture and administration experience. Admin or Architect certification is a strong plus.
  • A track record of personally designing and building integrations and automations rather than directing others to build them.
  • Proficiency with iPaaS platforms such as n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier, plus working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
  • Experience owning a GTM tech stack end to end at a scaling B2B SaaS company, including data warehousing concepts and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or dbt.
  • The range to act as a strategic partner to RevOps leadership and as the engineer who ships the solution.
  • Clear cross-functional communication. You can turn a business requirement into systems logic and explain the tradeoffs back to the business.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Familiarity administering sales engagement tools, customer success platforms, and CPQ.
  • Experience mentoring a systems analyst as a function has grown.

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically!

This position has a salary range of $166,000 to $195,000.

Benefits and Perks

  • Unlimited PTO and flexible work policy
  • Employee stock options
  • Medical, dental, vision plans with HSA (monthly employer contribution) and FSA options
  • 401k with 100% match up to 4% of annual employee compensation
  • Eligible new parents receive 16 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Home office stipend for new employees
  • Annual Learning & Development annual stipend
  • Well-being benefits include access to ClassPass, OneMedical, UrbanSitter, and Spring Health
  • Hybrid work environment: employees are expected to work Tuesdays through Thursdays from our HQ in Union Square, Manhattan. Tasty lunches catered from a variety of local restaurants and frequent employee-organized cultural events contribute to our positive office energy. On Monday/Friday most employees Zoom into work from home while some take advantage of the quieter office.

How to apply

Apply right here! You’ve found the application!

Alloy is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and employer. We’re committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status. We are committed to an inclusive interview experience and provide reasonable accommodations to applicants with visible and invisible disabilities. Sales Subject Matter Expert, GTM GRC - Revenue at Vanta

SME embedded with sales teams to advise enterprise prospects on GRC compliance programs, deliver customer demos and enablement, and quality-gate AI-generated responses.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.

This is not a back-office compliance role and it is not a generic sales-engineering role. You will operate as a named member of deal teams under our pod model: paired with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives, embedded in their weekly cadences, engaged from first discovery through POC, onsite, close, and expansion. You will be the practitioner in the room that a buyer’s CISO or GRC lead trusts — and the internal expert our AEs, SEs, and marketing team build around.

What you’ll do as a Subject Matter Expert at Vanta:

  • Serve as the dedicated GRC SME for a book of Strategic/Enterprise Account Executives: join discovery and qualification calls at the earliest deal stages, scope compliance programs against Vanta’s platform, and support demos, POCs, workshops, and customer onsites across Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, Risk Management, and Trust/Questionnaire Automation.

  • Advise prospects on program architecture: multi-framework strategy, shared controls, business-unit and workspace scoping, custom frameworks, and audit sequencing.

  • Answer field questions through our SME channels at customer-forwardable quality — including reviewing and validating AI-agent-generated answers before they reach customers. Our team runs AI-first: you’ll use agents daily, act as the quality gate on their output, and (ideally) build tooling of your own.

  • Design and deliver enablement: live sessions for GTM teams, bootcamp scenarios and mock-customer roleplay, async curriculum modules, and review of GRC marketing and SEO content.

  • Own monthly alignment cadences with sales front-line managers; feed structured product feedback to our Product and PM partners; carry deal context cleanly into post-sales handoffs.

  • Travel roughly once per quarter (a few days to a week) for customer onsites, POC workshops, team offsites, and events.

Domain coverage. We hire T-shaped practitioners: deep in two to three of the following pillars, conversant and demo-capable across all nine — Governance · Data Governance · Compliance · Risk Management (IT, Security, and Enterprise) · Third-Party Risk Management · Continuous Monitoring · Privacy · Trust · AI Security & Governance.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on GRC experience, with buyer-side depth: you’ve built, run, or transformed a multi-framework compliance program (SOC 2, ISO 27001/27017/27018/27701, HIPAA/HITRUST, PCI DSS 4.0, GDPR and the US privacy patchwork, NIST CSF 2.0), or advised many organizations doing so.

  • Working fluency in at least one emerging area — AI governance (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF), GRC engineering / continuous monitoring, or enterprise risk — and genuine curiosity about the rest.

  • Evidence of customer-facing range: you’re credible with a skeptical CISO, a first-time founder, and a procurement team in the same week, and you enjoy the thrill of winning deals.

  • Production-quality writing: answers, scoping docs, and playbooks that can go to a customer on first draft.

  • Demonstrated AI fluency: you use LLM tooling in your compliance work today, can judge AI output against authoritative sources, and want to build with it.

  • Teaching ability: you’ve trained, presented, published, or enabled others, and you’re comfortable building and delivering a session to a large GTM audience.

  • Sales-process literacy (MEDDPICC or similar), audit-process depth from either side of the table, and the judgment to hold scope boundaries gracefully under deal pressure.

Certifications (CISSP, CISA/CISM, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CIPP/CIPT, AI-governance credentials) are welcome signals, not gates.

What you can expect as a Vanta’n:

  • Industry-competitive salary and equity

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans

  • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents

  • Health & wellness stipend

  • Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend

  • Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office

  • Family planning benefits

  • Matching 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting

  • Flexible PTO policy, plus 80 hours of Sick Time

  • 11 company-paid holidays

  • Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!

  • Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary based on candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.

Design Senior Product Designer at Waabi

Senior product designer leads the design of fleet management dashboards, remote assistance workflows, and autonomous vehicle interfaces for a driverless truck company.

Senior Hybrid Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Waabi, founded by AI visionary Raquel Urtasun, is the leader in Physical AI. With a world-class team, we’re unlocking the next era of autonomous transportation with technology that’s powering commercial autonomous trucks and robotaxis. Waabi is backed by and partners with world leaders in AI, automotive, logistics, and deep tech.

With offices in Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, and Pittsburgh, Waabi is growing quickly and looking for diverse, innovative and collaborative candidates who want to impact the world in a positive way. To learn more visit: www.waabi.ai

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of Waabi’s driverless commercial and operations ecosystem, and the critical tools and interfaces that support scaling our company forward.

This is not a typical product design role. You’ll design workflows where a human decision can pull a 40-ton truck off the road or send it back into traffic. The tension between operational tools, speed, and safety-critical decision-making is what makes this seat unique.

You’ll join as the second product designer at Waabi, working closely with the first (your hiring manager) to establish design culture, systems, and processes as the team grows. You’ll ship designs in code from your first week. And will grow to own the full human-to-robot experience, designing everything from fleet management software to the interior and exterior interfaces of our AVs.

You will…

  • Design fleet management and remote assistance workflows: Define and design the end-to-end workflows that operations staff use to monitor, dispatch, and intervene with AVs in real time. This includes dashboards, pre-mission checks, remote assistance, and the operational procedures that connect them.

  • Observe users in their actual environment: Take a first-principles approach to design by stepping out of the office. You will observe users, terminal staff, and fleet operators in their actual environments to gain deep insights into their workflows and streamline processes.

  • Design for AI and Automation: Define how humans interact with highly capable AI systems, creating intuitive workflows for fleet tracking, vehicle dispatch, remote assistance, and on-the-ground operational exception handling.

  • Build and extend our design system: Contribute to and expand Waabi’s shared system to maintain consistency and scalability across all product surfaces.

  • Ship directly in code: You’ll contribute to production React codebases using AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Cursor), not hand off static specs. The shipped product is the deliverable.

  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and operations: Work with PMs, engineers, researchers, and operations teams to define requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience building complex tools: 5+ years experience designing for information dense, complex ecosystems (e.g., healthtech, dev tools, or logistics). We value your ability to untangle complexity over your specific industry background.

  • Own complexity and execute end-to-end: You can break down messy problems and drive from discovery through delivery with clear user-centric thinking.

  • First-principles thinker: You don’t just rely on standard patterns. You strip problems down to their fundamental truths to build intuitive tools for entirely new paradigms.

  • Hands-on and curious: You are comfortable in ambiguous environments and excited to build in domains you may not be familiar with. You are eager to understand the realities of logistics, hardware integrations, and autonomous tech.

  • Strong design craft and judgment: You raise the bar, push for excellence, and balance visual polish with usability, making smart, user-centered tradeoffs.

  • A builder’s mindset: You design in code, are comfortable with component libraries, and see AI-assisted coding as a natural way of iterating. You know the shipped product is a key measure of success.

Bonus:

  • AV / Robotics / Logistics Background: Prior experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or logistics operations (e.g., time at Waymo, Cruise, Aurora, Nuro, or a freight/logistics company).

  • Real-time Interfaces: Experience designing for real-time monitoring, dispatch, or command-and-control interfaces.

  • Physical Operations: Background that touches industrial design, hardware interfaces, or physical operations environments (terminals, warehouses, test tracks).

  • Scaling Products Externally: Experience designing products that transitioned from prototype/internal usage to customer/external-facing, demonstrating the ability to scale designs for broader user adoption.

The US yearly salary range for this role is: $100,300 - $200,000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi (US) Inc.’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.

Perks/Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation and equity awards.
  • Health and Wellness benefits encompassing Medical, Dental and Vision coverage (for full-time employees only).
  • Unlimited Vacation.
  • Flexible hours and Work from Home support.
  • Daily drinks, snacks and catered meals (when in office).
  • Regularly scheduled team building activities and social events both on-site, off-site & virtually.
  • As we grow, this list continues to evolve!

Waabi is a technology start-up building technologies to transform the way the world moves. Join our talented team to be a part of the future and to make an impact!

Waabi is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and accessible workplace for all our employees. We seek applicants of all backgrounds and identities, across race, color, ethnicity, national origin or ancestry, age, citizenship, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military or veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or parental status, caregiver status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. We make workplace accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities as required by applicable law. If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process please let our recruiting team know.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. • Interest and experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse perspectives, and drive toward practical solutions

  • Comfort with designing systems from scratch and owning the product development process end-to-end
  • Strong written communication skills and experience working in a remote, async-first team that’s spread across time zones

The annual US salary range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

Engineer Collaboration.Ai: Senior Software AI Engineer

Senior Software Engineer who builds production AI agent systems, data pipelines, LLM evaluation layers, and retrieval infrastructure for an AI-powered platform.

Senior Hybrid Posted 5 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Minneapolis, MN
URL: http://collaboration.ai

Who We Are

Collaboration.Ai is a mission-focused, AI-powered software and services company based in Minnesota, with employees, partners, and customers around the world. We unite people, technology, and purpose to accelerate breakthroughs that transform industries, empower communities, and create a more sustainable future. We collaborate with organizations across the defense ecosystem, helping them navigate complex challenges and drive transformative change.

Our Products

NetworkOS — NetworkOS is an AI-powered platform that aligns people, purpose, ideas, and expertise in real-time, generating actionable insights to propel movements forward.

CrowdVector — CrowdVector is an integrated solution marketplace and innovation management platform that rapidly uncovers new ideas and advances breakthroughs to fuel movements.

To learn more about us, visit collaboration.ai.

About the Role

You'll build the agentic systems and data pipelines behind NetworkOS's AI capabilities: production agent workflows built on industry-leading agent SDKs and harnesses, MCP servers, and Agent Skills standards; the eval and observability layer that keeps LLM quality measurable; and the ingestion pipelines that turn messy, diverse data sources into queryable knowledge.

This is an execution seat, not an ivory tower. You'll commit code every week, ship agents as product capability rather than demos, and help shape a roadmap that's heading deep into graph + agents territory — for customers in defense, public sector, and regulated enterprise.

Agents in production. Pipelines that hold. Evals that keep everyone honest.

What You'll Do

  • Ship production agent systems — design, build, and operate agentic workflows (agent SDKs, MCP servers, Agent Skills standards) powering AI-driven matching, analysis, and data intelligence

  • Operationalize LLM quality — build the eval and observability layer with Langfuse, golden datasets, LLM-as-judge patterns, and FinOps-style tracking so every workflow has measurable quality, cost, and latency

  • Engineer data pipelines — robust ingestion of documents, structured data, and external sources into searchable knowledge bases with quality validation, deduplication, and incremental updates

  • Own retrieval quality — hybrid search combining vector, keyword, and metadata retrieval, continuously improved through reranking, query expansion, and contextual compression

  • Accelerate with AI — build custom MCP tools and Agent Skills that make the whole engineering team measurably faster

  • Execute alongside the team — pair with full-stack engineers on AI integration points, contribute to incident response for AI services, and keep your hands in the code

Our Tech Stack

  • Languages: Python (primary); Kotlin (core platform language at CAI); TypeScript/Node.js and other modern languages (secondary)

  • AI/ML: FastAPI, Pydantic; multi-provider LLM SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others)

  • Agentic Tooling: Claude Code/Codex/etc.; industry-leading agent SDKs and harnesses; MCP servers; Agent Skills standards

  • LLM Operations: Langfuse + evals (golden datasets, LLM-as-judge); in-house FinOps tracking (token usage, latency, cost); multi-provider orchestration including AWS Bedrock

  • Search & Retrieval: Vector databases, OpenSearch, embedding models

  • Data: PostgreSQL, Amazon S3; streaming pipelines (Kafka/Kinesis) where needed

  • Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS); DataDog + OpenTelemetry observability

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML or data engineering

  • Production agentic/LLM application experience — built and operated systems around LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) serving real users: agents, tool-use, or orchestrated LLM workflows

  • Data engineering background — robust, scalable pipelines for AI/ML workloads

  • LLM operations experience — evals and observability for production LLM systems (quality, cost, latency)

  • Production retrieval experience — vector databases and/or search engines (OpenSearch, Elasticsearch)

  • Modern Python stack proficiency — FastAPI, Pydantic, async/await, modern dependency management

  • AI-native workflows — demonstrated ability to leverage Claude Code/Codex or similar agentic coding tools to accelerate development

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS

  • US citizenship required (DoD contracting — IL4/IL5 environments — and FedRAMP compliance)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Deep agentic ecosystem experience — Agent Skills standards, custom MCP servers, agent SDKs across major vendors

  • Advanced RAG expertise — GraphRAG, agentic RAG, contextual retrieval, reranking strategies

  • Graph data experience — knowledge graphs, graph databases, or graph-based retrieval

  • Model selection & rightsizing — matching models to domain-specific use cases across quality, cost, and latency tradeoffs

  • Streaming data experience (Kafka, Kinesis) for real-time knowledge base updates

  • Research background, open-source contributions, or an advanced degree in ML/IR/NLP

Why Join Collaboration AI?

Real AI engineering, not a wrapper shop. Production agents, hybrid retrieval, continuous evals, and a roadmap heading into graph + agents — with the autonomy to shape how it's built.

AI-native by default. We build with AI, not just for AI. Agentic coding tools (Claude Code/Codex/etc.), agent SDKs and harnesses, MCP servers, and Agent Skills standards are how we work daily — you'll both use and build them.

Work that matters. Defense, public sector, and regulated industries — SOC 2 and NIST compliance, FedRAMP readiness, and customers whose missions demand AI they can trust.

Small, senior team. Early-stage impact with your work visible from week one. You'll help set the bar for how AI engineering is done here.

What this role involves

About the Team

OpenAI’s User Operations team shepherds our customer’s adoption of AI and ensures that our customers’ product experience is nothing short of exceptional. We are building the very first post-AGI support team. We resolve complex issues, provide technical guidance, and support customers in maximizing value and adoption from deploying our products. We work closely with Sales, Technical Success, Product, Engineering and others to deliver the best possible experience to our customers at scale. OpenAI’s customers represent a range of diverse backgrounds and maturity, from early-stage startups to established global enterprises.

About the Role

We are looking for a Support Program Manager to join our Support Delivery team. This role is an exciting opportunity to help define and implement foundational support practices that will scale with OpenAI’s growth. You will lead efforts to establish new operational frameworks, driving process alignment with various internal teams, and leading tooling and automation projects. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact in shaping customer experience while collaborating across multiple teams.

We’re looking for people who thrive at the intersection of project management, systems building, data science/data engineering/software engineering, team enablement, and customer advocacy – and enjoy working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and follows a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office per week. Relocation assistance is available.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support delivery programs for Tier 3 frontline delivery for our most strategic customers, including productivity and workflow improvements, team operations, and knowledge management for the Support Delivery team

  • Partner with Support Delivery and cross-functional leadership to define the experience, stand up the program, manage pilots and rollout, and ensure premium operations and playbooks stay healthy over time

  • Lead strategy and program design for internal support initiatives, including specialization programs, quality initiatives, community support, product reliability and launch supportability

  • Coordinate requirements, implementation, and ongoing iteration with internal build owners and systems partners

  • Lead projects to identify, implement, and scale tools and automation that improve customer support efficiency and effectiveness

  • Identify and scale practical AI-powered workflows across support operations, using automation, LLMs, and internal tooling to reduce manual work, improve resolution quality, and help the team operate more effectively at scale

  • Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce friction, and enhance overall customer satisfaction

  • Help shape the vision and strategy of a new team, contributing to its long-term success and influence across the organization

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or support engineering, with a focus on building scalable processes and tooling

  • Have shipped or maintained tools and automations (dashboards, ETL pipelines, low-code apps) that eliminated manual work and scaled beyond a single team

  • Treat ChatGPT & LLMs as default co-developers, rapidly turning natural-language ideas into working code or queries

  • Deeply enjoy working cross-functionally and are skilled at building relationships with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams

  • Excel in a dynamic, high-impact team environment where you can create structure and make meaningful contributions

  • Are passionate about using tools and automation to drive efficiency and improve customer outcomes

  • Possess exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Have a high ownership mindset with a bias toward action; comfortable operating in ambiguity, driving clarity, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done
