Director sources and evaluates acquisition targets, manages M&A pipeline, structures deals, and oversees post-close integration while advising on strategic partnerships and financing.
CloudLinux is a global remote-first company. We are driven by our principles: do the right thing, employees first, we are remote first, and we deliver high volume, low-cost Linux infrastructure and security products that help companies to increase the efficiency of their operations. Every person on our team supports each other and does what we can to ensure we all are successful. We are truly a great place to work. Check out our website for more information cloudlinux.com.
Position Overview:
The Director of Corporate Development reports to the CFO and owns the company’s inorganic growth agenda: the acquisition pipeline from origination through evaluation and post-close integration coordination, and the routes that reach the same ends without a purchase, including strategic alliances, joint ventures, and major commercial partnerships. The role also partners with the CFO on long-term strategy and on debt and equity financing. The role’s center of gravity remains sourcing and screening: building a disciplined flow of qualified targets and ensuring that every opportunity reaching the leadership team arrives with its financial consequences fully understood.
Diligence in this role extends beyond the financial statements: evaluating the leadership, culture, and post-close alignment of a target’s principals is a core responsibility, not an afterthought. The role is also the organization’s guardrail against deal momentum: every opportunity is scored against a consistent methodology, and recommendations follow the scores, not the level of internal enthusiasm. The role also owns transaction-related financial planning, including acquisition and integration budgets, working alongside the corporate FP&A process rather than running it. This is a hands-on position: you will build the pipeline, frameworks, and models yourself.
Targets are typically tuck-in software and hosting-adjacent businesses in the USD $1 million to $5 million enterprise value range, funded from operating cash flow. We expect 1 to 2 closed transactions per year at steady state, with a pipeline of roughly 2 qualified opportunities under active review at any time. Partnership, alliance, and joint venture opportunities run through the same screening and scoring discipline as acquisitions, so that build, buy, and partner are compared on one basis.
Work is fully remote, with flexible hours, so you can plan your day and work from anywhere in the world.

Senior architectural leader owns technical vision across Adobe engagements, leads a distributed team of architects, and serves as escalation point for complex design and integration challenges.
Code and Theory is a digital-first creative and technology agency that builds products, platforms and experiences for global brands. We combine engineering, design, data and strategy to deliver transformative digital solutions at scale.
This role leads the architecture pillar of the Adobe practice. You will be the senior architectural authority across every Adobe engagement we run, and the person our architects look to for technical direction, career growth and advocacy. You will also be the technical face of Code and Theory everywhere including Adobe - in front of their field teams, in front of their clients, and in the rooms where solutions get shaped before anyone writes a line of code.
This is not a role for someone who has stopped architecting. It is a leadership role for a practicing architect who wants to build and lead a team of them.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
20+ years in technology, including 5+ years leading architects or senior technical staff globally. (India, LATAM etc)
Demonstrated ownership of performance reviews, career development and compensation decisions - not mentoring alone
Experience in an agency, consultancy or systems integrator, carrying multiple concurrent clients
Experience delivering across US, India and LATAM specifically
Deep, hands-on architectural expertise in at least one of the following:
Working architectural knowledge across all three areas of architectural expertise, sufficient to review a design, challenge a decision, and hold a client conversation
Experience with enterprise integration architecture (CRM, commerce, search, identity and SSO, analytics, data platforms)
Experience with modern architecture patterns (API-first, composable, headless versus hybrid, cloud-native, event-driven)
Still close enough to the work to earn respect from architects and engineers, not as the primary implementer, but the ability to read the code, diagnose the problem and defend the decision
Proven experience leading complex projects that include Data migration, customer journeys, CSC, legacy CMS to AEM, on-premise to AEMaaCS, and into Edge Delivery Services
Hands-on daily use of AI engineering tools like Claude, Cursor, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience building agents, sub-agents or orchestrated workflows, not only consuming AI tooling
Track record of establishing AI-assisted practice across a team, including bringing skeptics along
Judgment about where AI output needs a human in the loop, and the guardrails to enforce it
Pre-sales ownership including estimation, staffing models, scope definition, pricing input and presenting in the room
Executive stakeholder management, including the ability to hold a boardroom conversation and an architecture review in the same day
An understanding of utilization, margin and why an inaccurate estimate is an architectural failure as much as a commercial one
Experience with enterprise clients across US, EU and APAC
Own the technical relationship with Adobe’s field, product and partner organizations
Represent us in Adobe’s partner ecosystem: beta programs, Experience League, user groups, Summit, and the conversations that earn early access
Bring Adobe’s roadmap back into the practice, and our field learning back to Adobe
Experience with commercial negotiations and contract development
Experience leading distributed teams across time zones, with genuine working relationships in offshore delivery centers rather than nominal ones
Comfort operating in a practice that is being built rather than one that is already running
Willingness to travel for client engagements, Adobe events and time with delivery teams

Director builds and leads go-to-market strategy for APAC region, managing sales teams, developing partnerships, closing strategic deals, and driving regional revenue growth.
About Tailscale
Tailscale is making safe connection effortless by delivering software that makes it easy to securely interconnect people and their devices, no matter where they are. From hobbyists to multinational corporations, teams of every size use Tailscale each day to protect their networks, share access to internal tools, and more. We’re building a future for the Internet that’s easy, sensible, and safe, like it used to be. Founded in 2019 and fully distributed, we’re backed by Accel, CRV, Insight, Heavybit, and Uncork Capital.
Tailscale is looking for a Director, APAC Go-to-Market to build and lead our GTM business in Asia Pacific, starting from Singapore.
APAC represents an important growth opportunity for Tailscale. We have strong conviction in the region and are looking for a leader who can turn that opportunity into a meaningful, durable business: building pipeline and revenue, developing a strong partner ecosystem, winning strategic customers, and building the team we need to scale.
We are looking for someone who has built a region before and wants to do it again from scratch. You will set the APAC go-to-market strategy, determine where and how we invest, recruit and lead our initial regional team, and be directly accountable for commercial results. You will have significant autonomy to determine what Tailscale needs to win in the region.
You will also be a hands-on commercial leader. You’ll spend time with customers and partners, help shape and close our most important opportunities, and develop a deep understanding of how technology companies need to go to market differently across APAC. You’ll bring those insights back to our global Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams and help Tailscale become a truly global company.
In this role, you will be able to hire the team you need to succeed. We suspect that will include Sales Development, Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, and Partner Marketing, but ultimately we will be open to your recommendation based on expertise. These hires will report directly to you with dotted lines to functional departments in North America and EMEA. You’ll lead that team as a region, while working closely with their functional counterparts elsewhere at Tailscale. This role will report to Tailscale’s President, Kevin Kotecki.

CFO leads financial strategy, oversees accounting and FP&A operations, advises executive team on pricing and capital allocation, and reports to the board.
DNSFilter, Inc. | Remote (US) | Reports to the CEO
DNS is one of the most strategic control points in cybersecurity. Nearly every digital action, from a student opening a browser to an employee clicking a link, begins with a DNS query. We see those threats first and stop them at the moment of resolution, before malware loads or a phishing page renders. Most security tools react. DNS prevents.
Ten years in and on track to reach $50M in annual revenue this year, DNSFilter is entering a defining phase of growth. We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy behind it.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO owns Finance and Accounting in full and is accountable for the numbers that guide the company’s decisions. It is a role with genuine authority, a seat at the executive table, and a direct line to the board.
Real ownership, not a supporting role. The CFO holds full authority over Finance and Accounting and a central seat at the executive table.
A business with substance. Three acquisitions already integrated and a platform protecting more than 43,000 organizations.
A voice in what comes next. The CFO helps shape the company’s most important decisions, from capital allocation to potential partnerships and transactions.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Founded in 2015, DNSFilter provides DNS-layer cybersecurity. The company has raised $45M in funding to date and has completed and integrated three acquisitions: WebShrinker (AI-powered content categorization), Guardian (VPN), and Zorus (DNS security). DNSFilter holds the fastest DNS resolution time in its category and identifies threats an average of ten days ahead of competitors.
