Sales Account Manager (SMB) North America at Sprinto

Manages a portfolio of SMB accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and customer relationships while forecasting and negotiating commercial terms.

Mid Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers.

Sprinto autonomously executes tasks needed to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance, enabling organizations to maintain a strong, reliable trust posture without draining operational bandwidth and resources on repetitive tasks.

Backed by top-tier investors such as Accel, Elevation, and Blume Ventures, we’ve raised $31.8M in funding to fuel our mission. Trusted by over 4,000 organizations across 75 countries, Sprinto helps organizations stay audit-ready, manage real-time risks, and scale fearlessly. With 300+ native integrations and AI-driven automation, Sprinto supports 200+ global security standards natively, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and more. Sprinto’s extensible architecture enables organizations to build and support an infinite number of custom integrations and frameworks.

Founded in 2020 by second-time founders Girish Redekar and Raghuveer Kancherla, Sprinto powers compliance for organizations like Whatfix, Encora, Anaconda, Whatnot, Ultrahuman, WeWork, Everstage, AI Foundation, HackerRank, and many more.

Life as a Sprinter -

Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.

We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don’t wait for permission; we step in.

Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren’t built by sitting together, they’re built by pulling in the same direction.

We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.

And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.

Where you’ll leave your mark?

  • Own a high-volume Launch portfolio — renewals, upsells, and day-to-day relationships across a large book of startup and early-stage SMB accounts, prioritising by risk and value rather than treating every account the same way.
  • Run the renewal pipeline end to end — track renewals well ahead of expiry, forecast accurately, and close on time; a slow renewal is the fastest way to lose a low-touch account.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with confidence — pricing, discounts, and contract length, knowing when to hold firm and when to flex, especially on multi-year commitments.
  • Spot and close expansion opportunities — accounts ready to add frameworks (SOC 2 to ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) or upgrade plans, pitched naturally within renewal conversations.
  • Get ahead of payment and billing risk — step in early on failed payments or lapsed billing before it turns into churn, one of the biggest causes of loss in this segment.
  • Work the system, not just the relationship — use CRM workflows, templates, and playbooks to manage volume efficiently, keeping renewal stage, risk flags, and outcomes logged in real time.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and the audit team to unblock renewals, resolve billing disputes, and report regularly on portfolio health.

The kind of builder we’re looking for -

  • 2–4 years in account management, customer success, renewals, or sales, ideally in SaaS — experience in security, compliance, or GRC software is a plus, not a requirement.
  • A confident, direct negotiator — comfortable discussing price and terms without getting defensive or over-discounting.
  • Strong organisational discipline — able to juggle a large number of accounts at different stages without letting things slip, working off dashboards and structured playbooks rather than ad hoc outreach.
  • A clear, concise communicator, written and verbal — this is fast, high-volume outreach, not long relationship-building calls.
  • Analytical enough to read account data — usage, payment status, renewal date — and decide what to prioritise each day.
  • Resilient and proactive — comfortable with pushback, price objections, and the occasional lost account, and flags risk before it shows up in a report.
  • Curious about compliance and security — or willing to get up to speed quickly on SOC 2 and ISO 27001 to be a credible main point of contact for lean teams without their own compliance staff.

How we care for our Sprinters?

  • Work wherever you are: We are 100% remote, so you get to choose if you want to work from home, a cafe, the hills, or the beach.
  • Co-working, on the house: If co-working is your jam, we offer a generous annual allowance.
  • We care about your learning: We are invested in seeing you grow and commit USD 1,000 annually to help you level up your skills.
  • We count your spark, not your leaves: Unlimited leave so you can reset when you need to.
  • Your Safety Net, Woven In: Health insurance with coverage up to INR 10 lakh for you and your family, accident protection of an additional INR 10 lakh, and life insurance worth 3x your annual salary.
  • Workspace setup of your dreams: We chip in INR 35,000 to help you build a setup that works for you.

Inclusion & Diversity -

At Sprinto, talent, curiosity, and ownership matter more than where you come from. We hire people for the problems they can solve, the impact they create, and the way they help others succeed—not their background, identity, or personal circumstances. We believe the best teams are built when people with different perspectives come together around a shared ambition to build something meaningful.

We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a fair, inclusive, and accessible hiring process for everyone.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Sales Enablement and Conversion Manager, Revenue Operations at Nivoda

Manages sales enablement, rep training, and conversion optimization to improve merchant onboarding and repeat purchase rates through documentation, coaching, and cross-functional alignment.

Mid Remote Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Location: Remote in Europe

About Nivoda 🚀

Nivoda is a rapidly scaling global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace connecting jewellery retailers with competitive, high-quality suppliers worldwide. Processing $300M+ in annual transactions and operating across multiple regions, Nivoda is transforming a $350B industry that has historically been slow to modernise.

Our platform gives businesses of all sizes, from independent jewellers to major retail chains access to the world’s best diamond and gemstone inventory, without the traditional barriers of capital, geography, or information asymmetry.

Our Mission 🎯

Diamond and gemstone trading has long been plagued by inefficiency, opacity, and exclusivity. Nivoda was built to change that - to democratise access and empower every business, regardless of size or location, to buy and sell with confidence. Independent jewellers are at the heart of this mission. They deserve the same access to quality, pricing, and selection as the biggest players in the industry. That’s exactly what we give them.

About the Role 🤔

Conversion is one of the three chokepoints in our revenue organisation. Customers arrive, take the demo, go through KYC, and too many stall before the first purchase, or buy once and never come back. The second purchase is where the product becomes sticky, and getting a merchant there is the hardest 60 days of their life with us.

Fixing that takes two things, and this role owns both. Reps who know the product, the pricing and the playbook cold. And a conversion funnel that is measured, scored and coached rather than hoped for.

Function one: enablement

Training and standards

  • Make sure every rep is up to spec and trained, and keep them there.

  • Own the theoretical onboarding of every new rep, SDR, AE and AM alike: what Nivoda sells, to whom, at what price, and how.

  • Set what “up to spec” means for each role and hold the bar.

Documentation and materials

  • Own the product material for every line of business: how it works, who it is for, pricing, take rate and best practice.

  • Keep it current. A rep should never be the last person to find out something changed.

The channel to marketing

  • Act as the link between marketing and the front line. Every campaign is known to the reps in advance, socialised at the all-hands before it lands, not discovered from a customer.

The channel to product

  • Translate the product roadmap into enablement. You do not decide the roadmap. You turn it into what to sell, to whom, and when.

  • When something ships, the reps already know what it is and how to position it.

Function two: conversion

Conversion rests on two things, and this role owns both: the call, and the KYC. A brilliant call that dies in KYC converts nothing, and a clean KYC on a badly run call never gets there.

Call scoring

  • Build the scoring rubrics with the team managers, so the standard is one both sides recognise.

  • Run transcript review and scoring at volume, using Claude to do it.

  • Send the reports out every week, to everyone.

  • Run a weekly leaderboard: the best calls, the scores, winners and losers, visible to the team.

  • Build a personalised coaching plan for every rep, written down and tracked, not delivered verbally and forgotten.

  • Coach in two directions: with the managers so they can coach their own people, and directly with reps where that is faster.

KYC

  • Own the insight generation of what is working and not on the process

  • Hold the accountability of the KYC SLAs, and call it out when they slip.

  • Map the blockers and the escalation paths, and push the fix at the cause rather than the symptom, across sales, product and marketing as needed.

  • Make sure the KYC operators know the rules, and that the rules are written.

  • Train and enable both sides of it: the reps and the operations team.

How we will measure it 💻

  • Conversion through to second purchase at 75% of each new cohort.

  • KYC above 60%, in every geography, not just on the average.

  • Rubric and call scores in place and reported weekly.

  • 80% compliance against the rubric, reached by your fourth month in the role.

What do we need from you? 💪

  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue operations or frontline sales coaching in a transactional, high-volume environment.

  • You have scored calls at volume and can show what changed as a result. Gong or equivalent.

  • You are fluent with AI tooling and would run transcript review and scoring through Claude rather than by hand.

  • You have built onboarding for reps from scratch, not just delivered someone else’s deck.

  • You can coach a manager, not just a rep. You are comfortable telling a senior person their team’s calls are not good enough, and then showing them how to fix it.

  • You write clearly. A large part of the value here is documentation other people can pick up and use.

  • You work across Product, Marketing and Finance without authority over any of them.

  • Hands-on. This is not a strategy seat. You will be on calls, in the CRM and in the material every week.

Nice to have ✨

  • Experience with onboarding or activation motions rather than pure new business.

  • Diamonds, jewellery, or another supply-driven marketplace.

  • A second language relevant to EMEA or North America.

Our culture and what we offer 😉

At Nivoda, we believe that employees today want to evolve in a collaborative, high-growth environment where they can demonstrate their abilities and thrive both professionally and personally. We work to create a culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and growth where everyone can bring their expertise, own projects, and easily measure their impact. Dynamic working environment in a rapidly growing company. Enjoy a pleasant, low-hierarchy work environment. Engage in intellectually challenging work that contributes significantly to Nivoda’s success and scalability.

Our current benefits

🕰️ Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture

💻 Remote work

🧠 Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning

🏖️ Unlimited holiday allowance

🚀 Chance to join and contribute to a company during its exponential expansion phase

Equal Opportunity

Nivoda is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to promoting diversity. We don’t discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status. Even if it seems you don’t meet 100% of our musts - don’t let it stop you. We are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

Please note: Our Talent Acquisition Team is international. We kindly ask you to submit your CV and application in English so that it can be reviewed correctly.

Not quite the right fit?

If after reading this job description you believe this is not the best fit for you, we’d encourage you to join our Nivoda Talent Pool so we can keep you in mind as new roles open up.

Data Analytics LawnStarter: Data Governance and Platform Manager

Establish and maintain data governance standards, quality checks, and platform hygiene across the company's data warehouse, pipelines, and BI tools.

Mid Posted about 9 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Brazil
URL: http://lawnstarter.com

About LawnStarter

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $150M in annual bookings. We're expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services - operating across three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome) on a single shared platform.

About Analytics at LawnStarter

We're a small, senior analytics team supporting the entire company - product, marketing, operations, and finance all run on the data we serve. The foundation is solid: a centralized Redshift data warehouse where all source data lands, modeled in dbt and orchestrated by Airflow, with Segment feeding event data in. You won't be stitching scattered sources together - the platform exists; your job is to make it trustworthy and keep it that way. We're mid-migration to Lightdash as our single BI platform, replacing Tableau and Metabase.

Here's the honest gap: everyone on the team today is an analyst. Data quality, tracking standards, and platform hygiene get done as side work, squeezed between analyses. Nobody wakes up thinking about them - which is exactly the job we're hiring for.

The Role

You'll be the first person at LawnStarter dedicated to data governance - the owner of whether our data can be trusted. That means the quality and freshness of our source data, pipelines, and reports; the definitions behind our metrics; the standards behind our Segment event tracking; the health of our Lightdash workspace; the data feeding our machine learning models; and the security of the data itself.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work solo at first, with the Analytics team around you but nobody under you - building automation, writing checks, fixing what's broken, and putting processes in place that scale past you. If the scope grows the way we expect, this becomes the foundation of a team you'd build.

What makes this role different:

  • You're first. Governance has been everyone's side job, so what exists today is yours to reshape - keep what works, redesign what doesn't, and your standards become the company's standards.
  • Whole-stack ownership. Source data to pipelines to dashboards and ML models - you own trust across the entire chain, not one slice of it.
  • A live migration to shape. Lightdash is landing now. You get to set up its permissions, structure, and norms before bad habits form, instead of untangling them later.

What You'll Own

  • Data quality and freshness - automated monitoring across source data, pipelines, and reports; catching upstream schema and source changes before they break anything downstream; running incidents to resolution when they happen.
  • Data lineage and impact analysis - a living map from production source to warehouse model to dashboard, and the process that uses it: when a production change is proposed, its downstream impact on pipelines, metrics, and reports gets assessed before it ships, not discovered after. The end-state is data contracts with engineering, so breaking changes get caught in their workflow, not ours.
  • Lightdash - administration, workspace structure, permissions, and the rollout itself. Your job is to give the company self-serve autonomy while keeping the workspace tidy enough that people can find and trust what's there. Enablement is part of the deal - people follow standards they've been taught - and so is keeping queries fast and warehouse costs sane.
  • The semantic layer - we just shipped it for our most critical metrics: one governed definition per metric, in code. You'll extend definition and mapping to the rest and guard the layer against uncontrolled growth as it scales.
  • Event tracking governance - our governed Segment event catalog: reviewing new events against its standards, keeping it matched to what production actually sends, and evolving the guardrails (naming, property dictionary, drift detection) as tracking grows.
  • AI data readiness - AI agents query our warehouse every day through Brain, our internal AI toolkit. You'll govern what data AI tools can access and keep the warehouse AI-legible: documented, consistent, and safe for an agent to query and get the right answer.
  • Data security and privacy - access controls, PII handling and retention under US state privacy laws, and periodic reviews of who - and which AI tools - can see what.
  • The governance system itself - the documentation, ownership models, and review loops that keep all of the above running without heroics.

Problems to Solve

Make the Lightdash migration a step-change, not a re-platforming We're replacing Tableau and Metabase with Lightdash. Done poorly, we trade two messy tools for one messy tool. You'll design the structure - spaces, permissions, certification, naming - that lets stakeholders self-serve at the speed the company needs without creating an uncontrolled dashboard-growth nightmare. The hard part: autonomy and tidiness pull in opposite directions, and you have to deliver both.

Finish and defend the semantic layer We just shipped our semantic layer for our most critical metrics - one governed definition per metric, so "two dashboards, two numbers" can't happen. The unglamorous truth: a long tail of metrics still needs definition and mapping, and a semantic layer only stays trustworthy if someone curbs its growth. You'll own both - extending coverage and keeping one-metric-one-definition true as the layer scales.

Tame event-tracking entropy Segment events power our funnels and product analytics, and they're implemented by many engineers across many teams. The guardrails exist - a governed event catalog with naming standards, a property dictionary, a review lifecycle, and automated drift detection against production. What's missing is a dedicated owner: someone who holds every new event to the standard, keeps the catalog matched to what production actually sends, and evolves the guardrails as tracking grows. Without that, entropy wins - events drift and silently degrade when features change.

Get ahead of breakage instead of chasing it Today, when production data changes upstream, we too often find out when a pipeline breaks or a stakeholder flags a wrong number. You won't start from zero - an AI-powered Analytics Engineer agent already runs freshness monitoring, metric anomaly detection, and dbt-based lineage checks - but it doesn't yet run at the scale or coverage we need. You'll take detection from partial to comprehensive, extend lineage beyond dbt (Segment events and Lightdash need stitching in), and wire it into engineering's change review, so a proposed production change comes with a downstream impact assessment instead of a postmortem. The end-state is data contracts: breaking changes caught in engineering's workflow, not ours.

What Success Looks Like (Year 1)

  • Zero pipeline incidents from unannounced source-data changes - lineage and automation catch them before they break anything downstream, and production changes ship with an impact assessment instead of a postmortem.
  • Zero freshness incidents - stakeholders never open a stale dashboard.
  • Every area of the business manages on official, well-maintained metrics and dashboards - product, marketing, ops, and finance self-serve in Lightdash against a fully mapped semantic layer; Tableau and Metabase are retired; arguments about whose number is right don't happen. Not because you built the dashboards - because you built the system that keeps them trustworthy.
  • Every Segment event has an owner and a standard - new events ship compliant, and degradation gets caught automatically, not by accident.
  • Governance runs as a system - documented processes that would survive you taking a month off.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Governance is your craft, not your chore. You genuinely enjoy making data systems trustworthy and tidy - you're the person who can't leave a broken naming convention alone. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you see governance as a stepping stone to "real" analytics work.
  • AI-native. You use AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to build quality checks, write automation, triage anomalies, and document as you go - one person covering ground that used to take a team. You also see the reverse direction: AI agents consume our data daily, and making the warehouse safe and legible for them is part of governance now. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you're skeptical of AI tools or prefer to do everything manually.
  • A hands-on senior operator. You write the SQL, debug the Airflow DAG, and configure the permissions yourself - seniority here means judgment and speed, not delegation. This is unlikely to be a good fit if your last few years were spent directing others and you'd need a team to execute.
  • Automation-first. Your instinct for any recurring check is to build a monitor, not a checklist. This is unlikely to be a good fit if your quality practice depends on manual review and discipline.
  • An enforcer people actually like. You'll hold engineers and analysts you don't manage to standards - which takes clear rules, good tooling that makes compliance easy, and the spine to say no gracefully. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you avoid friction or, at the other extreme, enjoy being the department of no.

This Role Is NOT

  • A people-management role - yet. You'll work alone for a while. A team may grow under you if the scope demands it, but if you need direct reports on day one, this isn't it.
  • A policy or committee job. There are no governance councils to chair and no binders to produce. When something's broken, you fix it - with code, config, or a conversation.
  • A BI analyst role. You won't spend your days building dashboards for stakeholders. You build the platform and guardrails that let everyone else do that well.
  • A finished system to babysit. Much of this doesn't exist yet. If you want to operate a mature data platform rather than build one, you'll be frustrated here.

Tech You'll Touch

  • Warehouse & pipelines - Redshift, dbt, Airflow
  • Event tracking - Segment
  • BI - Lightdash (primary), Tableau and Metabase (sunsetting)
  • AI tooling - Claude Code, Codex, Brain (our internal AI toolkit), and any tool that makes you more effective or efficient
  • Observability - an AI-powered Analytics Engineer agent (freshness monitoring, anomaly detection, dbt lineage) you'll scale up, plus the quality and impact tooling you'll add around it

You don't need every box checked. You need hands-on depth in the warehouse/pipeline layer and credible experience keeping a BI tool and tracking plan healthy at company scale.
